The hotel is on the corner of a very busy street and so at night it was not quiet enough for me. You could really hear the buses and the cars and so for me, it was tough to fall asleep. I may try elsewhere on my next trip just due to this. I don't know if the windows were too thin of this is an issue in all or most of the buildings in this area. My husband btw thought the noise level was acceptable for a large city and would stay here again. Also if you care about a gym, you won't like this one so you will need to look for a gym you can pay for nearby as their gym is quite old, tiny and in a depressing basement space. I care about gyms a lot so was particularly disappointed. That said, there are many gyms nearby and also a large park where you can run not too far away so for a short stay plenty of ways to find exercise outside their gym.

Excellent value for the price and superb central location. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, a suite really, with floor to ceiling windows facing a nice street with a balcony at the center of Recoleta, the nicest neighborhood of BA in my opinion. The staff were extremely friendly, check in and check out was easy, and there was a quiet and quite nice roof deck facing the city where you can work, hang out or just be outside in a tranquil setting in the midst of the city.

Everything exceeded my expectations

Location was excellent, facilities too, room was very spacious. Casa Bevant is located 1 block away from Recoleta Cemetery where the action is, a lot of restaurants, cafes, people posthumous music, very vibrant area. There is a 24 hour reception, Elizabeth is a very good asset to the hotel, always ready to help and very attentive. The laundry room was a plus, the wifi was good. If I come back to BsAs I wouldn't stay in any other place than Casa Bevant. Thank you very much for the good service

The studio was on the small size, pretty compact. Some traffic noise at night. Small bathroom. Only 2 high pillows ... no option for low ones.

Clean modern room with small kitchen in a fantastic location. Every one of the employees, especially Elizabeth, were wonderful. Our failure to fully learn Spanish was never a problem as we were helped at every turn, both in seeing places we wouldn't have known about and in places to eat that are mostly used by locals.

Construction noice during the day (probably temporary). Tv channels are only in Spanish. No even English news. Sinse the hotel is used by tourists from around the world, it would be nice to have channels in different languages. No chairs at all.

Wasn't a fan of the layout of the room and the bathroom but can't do much about architecture. The placing of the A/C is just above the shelf and it obstructs the air flow. So the A/C takes a while. Could have curtains that could close a bit better to provide more darkness to the room when I did want to sleep in. Still very pleasant and comfortable for a home away from home.

The staff were very friendly. They had plenty of suggestions for me on what to do and where to eat and how to get places every day. The room size was very good and the balcony, even if small, was a nice touch.
