All round a good place but it would have been good to have a kettle in the room. The breakfast was somewhat basic but not awful! Good stay all round!

The staff were very kind and helpful, they were tolerant of my awful Spanish which I really appreciated. The room was clean and it it’s a fantastic location.

The property and rooms are a little dated, but that wasn’t a concern for us.

The location is perfect as it’s very central and easy to see the sights. The view from the room is wonderful and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The Internet was good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had no issues.

Staff very nice, we were a late check in and the man helped and gave recommendations every time we passed the reception desk. Location is excellent, close to everything and easily connected with the bus. Room was reasonably sized and clean

The room and the bathroom were both a little small but ok. Nothing fancy, but very functional. We would stay here again if we come back to Buenos Aires.

Hotel is a bit old and the bed wasn't the cleanest. It was good for one night before a flight and that's it. Also, we could hear the noises from outside like a window was open.

A bit noisy, but totally understandable given the hotel is located on the widest (and surprisingly - perhaps one of the greenest) street in the world.

Very friendly staff with good tips for us as first-time visitors to Argentina. Great location - (relatively) close to everything.

The hotel is slightly dated but everything works and is very clean.

Amazing price, location & friendly reception staff. Good sized twin room with city view. Very good for an overnight stay if you want to be in the city centre and close to the bus terminal. We were charged in pesos so this stay was half the price advertised on Booking.com!

The room size, there were a few homeless people in the area, even though the area is pretty nice.

It’s a bit outdated and the rooms are small, but clean. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but it looked really good.

Everything was ideal. The location is phenomenal, with amazing views across the Av 9 de Julio and Obelisk, with a fantastic restaurant super close by (Santos Manjares). The staff were so friendly too!! The bed was so comfortable as well. Really loved my stay!

I was a bit nervous that there was no hand rail in the shower stall as the floor was slippery.

The room size was fine for one person with a small bag. The bathroom was comparatively spacious. My room had a view to the street and that was lovely. The hotel location is good as it is close to many of the important avenues and there are supermarkets and eating joints if one is willing to walk around a bit. The breakfast was average - the usual watered-down burnt coffee, media lunas, and other facturas that are the breakfast staple here. The staff are nice and kept my bag in the hold after I checked out and went to run an errand. When I returned, I had time to spare before leaving the city and I sat in the lobby and worked uninterruptedly on my laptop for more than an hour with an excellent free WiFi connection. Ah, forgot to say - it's clean, the bed was comfortable, the sheets soft, and the bathroom sparkling!

The furnishings were perhaps a bit dated but it was good value for money and fit for purpose.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. On our first day they let us keep our bags at the hotel before check in, gave us advice on transport and even loaned us their bus card until we could purchase our own and top it up. The main reception owner gave lots of advice to my Dad who was travelling with us.

With the pandemic over, single use plastic and paper plates could be discarded during breakfast. The air condition needs repairs.

Excellent location with a view to the obelisk (if you lean out of the window). Tasty breakfast.

Great hosts: helpful and attentive. The location is very convenient: the windows face the main avenue of BA. I felt comfortable enough and would return no doubts.
