While the staff was very pleasant, they are young and don't quite know when to step in to provide assistance which would really bump up the level of service. The don't jump up to the plate when you ask them to make a restaurant reservation or offer to procure online tickets to museums, etc, when one indicates they are having a bit of difficulty on their own. Being a bit more attentive to what guests need and picking up on the subtleties would really provide great service.

Loved the location of the hotel. Palermo SoHo is a wonderful area, tree lined smaller streets, wonderful restaurants and lots of them, and interesting stores. Very cool area

Everything was brilliant bar the gym and pool area. Gym felt a little unsafe. The leg press machine wires are literally hanging by a thread. Jacuzzi and pool could be improved alot. They both looked dirty.

Outdoor pool and jacuzzi were closed and top terrace a bit run down. Sauna was not working and gym was a small not well equipped and a bit run down.

for the pool- no towels or workers to ask for for the room- the AC was old and making noise and not cooling enough. the light of the room was poor - when I closed the cortinas it felt I can’t find things as too dark water was not so hot first time happen to me in baires

the location is excellent- definitely can’t choose better the staff where really helpful and nice the Pool really nice just missing towels and more beds the room was nice and big - bed was super comfortable and huge El stores come quick

Great hotel with perfect location in Palermo, we would definitely come again! We can recommend this hotel, decent roof top area incl. pools, comfortable rooms and decent breakfast in a nice atmosphere.

Tiny balcony, hot tub and sauna/steam room was only available if you booked it an hour before which was not practical. pool was very cold

Swimming poll and other parts of recreation were closed. AC presented some issues and did not heat the room.

Superb location, staff and breakfast. Not cheap, but great value for money when compared to similar hotels in Palermo.

Our room had some appliances with issues: our refrigerator and safe weren’t working. Breakfast is also very simple, recommend looking for a nearby coffee shop for better options in the morning.

Location is truly amazing, right next to amazing restaurants and bars in trendy Palermo Soho. Never had to take cab rides to go anywhere, since it is also walking distance to Plaza Italia subway station.

Gym, small. Could use better equipment it was outdated. Treadmills are old and weights section.

Everything about this place is excellent. As always the people make the place and the team is fantastic! When/If I am back in BA this is the place I will go. Yes it is expensive in comparison but you pay for what you get. Thanks to everyone who works there, your appreciated.

I come more often for several days and so I hope that soon we can return to the status as it was before the Covid measures. Back glasses in the room, back a well-stocked mini-bar, back laundry service ...

Ideally located to enjoy Palermo. Everything within walking distance but still quiet for sleeping. The rooms and breakfast are not luxurious and copious but all the essentials are there. Rooms are neatly maintained and breakfast consistently nice and fresh. So I consider this ideal because in my opinion this way there is less waste. The ladies and gentlemen at reception and in the restaurant do get a big A+!

The rooftop pool is very small and shallow.

The location is superb for the Palermo area restaurant’s. It’s next door to the famous parilla /steakhouse Don Julio.
