The lower priced rooms are slightly cozy, but this was not that noticeable and they were very comfortable.

The location was in a good part of Palermo for easy access to the hot spots. The breakfast was excellent. The staff helpful, and most importantly, the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms quiet and peaceful.

Everything is extra - some of the water for the room, bubbly with your breakfast, happy hour drinks. It was suggested initially that these were complimentary, so it was a bit of a surprise when we checked out. The amounts were small but still there - make sure you check

Great location in Palermo, walking distance to everything in the area. The rooms were comfortable great shower and bed. Nice ambiance and good breakfast

When "paying at property" the price had gone up by around 23% from when I booked a year earlier apparently due to the exchange rates and it appears this is not uncommon. It would have been more if had not got a good exchange rate on my Wise card. Nice hotel but overpriced. Sorry but I felt cheated.

Breakfast could be better, pastries were not that fresh, although fruits were tasty. The swimming pool is outdoor with a lot of vegetation around, so you could see a lot of dirt and leaves on the furniture, also ants on it which was a little bit unpleasant given that my friend has allergies so we could not enjoy the pool.

The room was great, very comfy and clean! Hotel has a small number of rooms, so it is very quite and relaxing! Location was great, next to the top restaurants in Palermo, we felt very safe in the neighborhood and in the hotel.

Elevator a bit slow.

Location - right within a Stone’s throw from cafes and restaurants. Our suite had problems so they accommodated us in a double room qhich was Smaller but comfy. Gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Nice bed and nice to have a complimentary 5 oclock tea with cookies and a free drink. Breakfast was ok with hot dishes to order for free.

The elevator is slow, this is a minor gripe, and the stairs are easily accessed. The front desk guys all speak good English, but for the rest of the staff you'll need your Google translate App handy. Mosquitos in Buenos Aires are numerous and vicious. Bring a strong repellant.

1828 is a small well run hotel. The guys at the front desk; Horacio, Juan Pablo, Nicholas, were all very helpful and attentive. The restaurant service staff were great, the food selections were enjoyable. My wife an I really enjoyed staying there. The room was on the small side, but was very clean and well designed. The bed was superb. Our room overlooked the pool and dining area in the rear courtyard and was very quiet. The 1828 is in Paloma Soho which is a great neighborhood for restaurants, bars and shopping. Although priced higher than larger commercial hotels, the location and focus on customer service are worth the price.

Nice decore. I like the room service. Though it was just one night. The gate was interesting; unlike other hotels, you ring the bell for them to open. It feels like residential building more than a typical hotel.

The breakfast is substandard, no fresh squeezed orange juice, no natural croissant, green tea latte on the menu costs extra, very few selection of hams and cheese. Not a good selection of fruits. Only a small bottle of water a day , no water cooker, but there is a common water dispenser. Room is on the darker side, window is. It transparent.

Staff was so nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and loved being so close to so many restaurants, bars and shopping. A little far from tourist attractions, but Ubers were easy to get and quite inexpensive.

We didn't have any issues, and absolutely no complaints.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size and very clean. The breakfast was very nice and the hours it was available was amazing (from 7:00am to noon). My husband and I traveled with our adult children, and we really loved being in the Palmero area. There are so many restaurants, bars and shops near the hotel.

This is a nice stay, it was close to almost all the restaurants we went and bars/clubs. It isn't close to the touristic places, tho but uber is cheap so there was no problem.
