We arrived after the front desk closed and though they said it was not an issue we didn’t received the room we have booked, but paid the same price.
The booked room had a balcony and very nice pictures.
The room we received had the bed mattress as hard as wood, ants in the bathroom, pillows that I guess were bought when the hotel was build as you could feel only balls of something in them but nothing that would suggest, except the form, that it was a pillow.
The staff were rude.
It wasn’t my first stay there but it was the first when I have arrived late and the level of rudeness and entitlement was much higher than in previous stays.”
