There was nothing we didn't like.

Room was nice and clean. We did not have breakfast. The location coupled with local transport, which was right outside the hotel, was excellent, and it was only a 20min walk into centre of Vienna.

The location isn't very central. There are some restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, but if you are there on the weekend some of them close early on Saturday and don't open on Sunday.

The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming, and overall it gave us a very positive experience. The staff was very friendly and was willing to help in whatever we needed. We had breakfast on one of the days, and it had good variety and everything we tried was good. It is also very close to a tram station and not too far from a metro station, which make it easy to access the central locations.

Nothing to complain about, actually. It was obviously nothing extremely fancy but it had everything you would need in a hotel and it was all high quality.

It was all great. We got here after escaping a nightmare of a hotel and we were really satisfied. The AC worked fine, the room was quite big and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room was not facing the road so there wasn't much noise coming from the outside. We didn't try the breakfast but I'm sure it was fine. Great value for money.

Not much life around. this is a residential area with small supermarkets to buy anything you need. but not a party place.

very convenient if you're planning to attend an event at Ernst Happel stadium (30 minutes walking). Not far from a tube station (10 minutes walk), this gets you anywhere in the city. Private underground parking garage at decent price. Pretty good breakfast. Air con. quiet. ideal hotel to visit Vienna.

The cleaning could have been more thorough. The reception staff was very scarce with regard to information on parking options.

The hotel is in a very good location. The nearby stadium Ernst Happel and several attractions can be reached on foot. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

Window Blinds were not doing enough to keep the room darker, eventually not much comfortable to sleep if you are sensitive to bright light!!

It is pretty big hotel and a lot of people were perishing.

The hotel is close to the center of Viena. The room was clean and had all the needed facilities: fridge and kettle. The underground parking is available for 18 Eur/ night. The beds are comfortable. We appreciated the location that was close to the Ernst Happel Stadium, so we had a walk after the concert.

The bathroom door did not have lock.

The family room we booked were spacious with a queen size bed in a room and sofa bed in the living area. Also, the location of the hotel was great with lot of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast options were also good.

The view from the room was facing another building at the back, but wasn't a big deal for us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and was super clean, spacious and very comfortable pillow and bed. Location also quite close to red tram. Many convenience stores nearby. 5 mins to Belvedere
