Late check in and i was asking for wedding gift two times and I didn't see it 🥺

Broken door, broken shower, tablet in the room not functioning, so no possibility to access menu of the restaurant for room service; pool open until 9 pm but we were told we could not visit it until 1 pm the day after (check out was at 12!). Orange juice replaced after 40 min at breakfast, no one approached us for coffee or tea. in a 5 star hotel, people expect more than queuing for a coffee from a Jura automatic machine. Room service was a disaster: ordered a diet coke with lemon and ice and two burgers with fries. They forgot ketchup, brought a normal coke and of course no lemon and no ice. I would have at least offered a discount, given that we paid over 500 EUR for one night. Never again.

- Breakfast was poor. - No normal restaurant in the hotel (only Michelin restaurant or eating in the lobby in uncomfortable low tables). - Tried to call 2 times to the reception, waited 10 minutes with no answer.

The hotel definitely needs to be updated. The finishes of the room are old and room is not cost. The phone in my room didn’t work, I told that to the staff but nothing changed, so had to call from my cellular or use the phone in the toilet (wich was soooo old). The pad for digital menu and all information, was so slow, and turned off by itself all the time. So very useless. Ordered couple of times room service.. asked breakfast (coffee and croissants) they brought exactly coffee and croissant. Nothing more, no butter, no jam, no little flower.. same for the dinner. Especially the plate called roll with shrimp (that’s the thing to see) 26 euro for the peace of bread filled with Mayo and shrimp.. I did not expect that in 5 Star hotel. The spa is nice but feels like I went back to the beginning of the 00. Definitely not worth the money I’ve spend there.

Beautiful building, central position. Room was quite big and very light. The service was very nice and friendly!

I order one month before day when I coming a room with see on Ring . The booking site are aprobate. I am very sure / they not read the mesagge because we reiceved for 961 euro for thre nights ( !!!!) , a room with see behind the hotel !!!!!!!!

Far from center it is 1.2 km not 550 mtr as mentioned on booking site , room service very bad !!!!

The massage in the spa was one on the best masssage I ever had, I can't remember the name of the spa manager who did it

1. Request of a 100% prepayment despite the fact that the booking was confirmed/guaranteed by the credit card. 2. €50 "security deposit" was requested by reception. 3. Dirty toilet seat in the room. 4. Mini bar. Picture is attached. 5*? Seriously? 5. Spa area: visibly old equipment; old and even flaked off hair conditioner; "interesting" opening hours, i.e. from 13:00 till 21:00. 6. I had a voucher for a "Stone massage" that included a massage of face and decollete zone. Face massage was refused because they "do not have small stones...". 7. Breakfast was eatable, but not more. Very poor choice of breakfast dishes. 8. Dirty coffee machine in the room.
