This property was ideal for our sightseeing trip to Vienna. The location was perfect, in the museum district with the main museums just round the corner. It’s authentic and full of character. We had several Wow moments. Chewy was an excellent host, meeting us on arrival and showing us round, nothing was too much for him. There’s a great cocktail bar across the street with friendly staff. There’s a traditional restaurant 2 minutes away, a little green house, which we recommend. A memorable stay, a memorable trip, we’ll be back.

Very welcoming reception. Our hostess met us at the door and escorted us to our room. She explained where everything was and how things functioned. There was a large binder with instructions on how to operate the French press coffee maker to how to use the shower. Together with stores, transit and every imaginable service you could desire. Thank you for the special treatment.

Our host, Mr.Clemens took care of us very well. When we arrived he was waiting for us in front of the building and gave us a lot of information.

There was nothing not to like

Everything about this place was fabulous - Clemens was a superb host, all of the communication was excellent and the apartment was so well equipped with everything we could possibly need. There was so much attention to detail, including a bottle of sparkling wine to greet us as I had mentioned that it was a special birthday trip. If, sorry, when, we visit Vienna again we will definitely stay here. Vielen Dank Clemens und Team

Daily renovation construction within the apartment was very noisy and started early in the morning.

Fantastic location. Spacious, clean, cute apartment. Hosts, Annika and Clemens, were lovely. So many little extras provided, which was really appreciated. The bed was so comfortable. They even left toys for our 2 yr old, which was a blessing. Certainly recommend this place. Museums, etc, really close by. A note for families with a buggy, don't worry about the lack of a lift, there was an easily accessible storage area on the ground floor where they allowed us to keep ours. Thank you!!

Nothing, everything is perfect with a short stay.

Perfect stay in Vienna. Location is very center with walking distance to most tourist sights. The apartment is very spacious with delicate Vienna style decoration, located in a beautiful historical building. Heater works good in winter, the bed is so comfortable, and plenty kitchen equipments, even a bottle of champagne as welcome gift. Free parking is convenient in the public garage, just around the corner with 5 minutes walk. And most importantly, our host, Jakob, so friendly and helpful, who gave us a very warm welcome, many useful local information and nice offers, making our trip much more convenient. I had a great time with my family in Vienna! Thanks so much!

Very stylish apartment that gives you a flavour of old Vienna times but with all necessary amenities. The childrens' corner with console is really a cool thing 😊 Also double bed with possibility to climb in the bed is extra fun for kids 😁 Old time carved wooden double bed with super conformable matrass is something to be mentioned! There is a space to park (a few min) in front of the building in order to take your luggage out of the car. The free of charge garage is 5min at the average pace from the apartment and very comfortable to park. From the apartment to the city centre takes 15min at the average pace. Also, SPAR grocery store is 2min from the apartment at the average pace but also a few restaurants and bistros. Bus and underground station is 3min at the average pace from the apartment. And if you feel like going to the Volkstheater it is just behind the bus station 😁

This was a WONDERFUL, dreamy, elegant, magical apartment for our family in the perfect location for our visit to Vienna.

Nothing! Although be aware there are no lifts as it's a super old building.

Beautifully quaint apartment nicely centrally located. We visited in December and were surrounded by Christmas markets in the nearby streets. Our host was SO nice and helpful, bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival, and the most organised book of recommendations waiting for us. The building also holds its own piece of royal history which was explained to us, making it even more magical. Our apartment was perfect, small kitchen with all necessary equipment and complimentary coffee tea and milk. Lovely bathroom with hairdryer and bath/shower, towels etc. Huge bedroom, big comfy bed, smart TV, great decor. Loved it all!

The apartment is big and comfortable, we are a family of 4 and we had plenty of room for all. The building and apartment have an old Vienna vibe which makes you feel that you are living like a local. The bathroom is renovated and very comfortable. The location is great! Walking distance to all the main attractions. The person who received us and showed us around is so kind and nice! Thank you Clemens and Jakob, we enjoyed our stay very much!

We visited Vienna to enjoy the city during the time of the Christmas markets. The location was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the comfort of the property, which was equipped with high quality kitchen appliances. The beds were very cosy, and the information pack at the property gave us an overview of everything we could possibly need.

That we did not stay longer than 4 nights....

Everything including small but welcome details, such as cereals, coffee, milk, sugar for first days, bottle wine as a welcome gift was very welcome, very clear communication ahead of arrival, perfect timing for handing over keys, and all this with a very friendly and helpful Annika, who was not the owner but being a working student did all this with the same spirit as she would have been, trying to make feel as welcome as possible. A realy walking distance to the historical center and plenty of good restaurants within a circle of 400 meter if you don't feel like walking more than 10 minutes after diner.
