I like this place very much, as the owner takes personal care for comfort of every single guest. He is very caring and proactively offers services that make stay for guest even better and more comfortable. I come back every time I can.

The only negative element is the lack of elevator since the apartment is on the second floor and this might be difficult for someone who carries a lot of luggages or for families with baby cart.

The property was very beautiful, exceptionally clean with lovely minimal style and well located just 3min walk from the Vienna central train station. Also, the hosts are super friendly, always available for help and their professionalism is excellent at all levels (communication, service, facilities). The room was full of different treats (chocolates, coffee, tea, juices, wines and soft drinks) and whenever we asked for cleaning they were refilling all the treats!!! Overall you book for a nice apartment and you get an experience as being in a 5-star hotel!!! Definitely you should choose this place to stay and certainly we will choose it again should we revisit Vienna. Thank you for all!!

We had a fantastic time staying here. The host was exceptionally accommodating and very responsive. The location is fantastic, especially if you're arriving via train at Wien HbF. The apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. We were very impressed.

A wonderful apartment, situated close to the train station. It's not very big, but is great for travelling couples. The host was very friendly and they've tried to fulfil our needs. The check-in procedure is simple. We highly recommend this location and hope to come back soon.

MALIXA-Apartment is very near Vienna Central station, U1 stop and LIDL supermarket. The apartment has everything that you need. Also the host prepared a lot of free welcome treats that make our journey more joyful.

The apartment is located near the central railway station and the metro. Nearby there is everything you need (cafes, shops, restaurants). Great location. The host was very friendly and met us before the check-in time. I was always in touch. The apartment had everything you needed, even a pleasant surprise in the form of fruits, sweets, coffee, tea, water and wine. We recommend it.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay. The place looked very modern and recently renovated. It was equiped with so much more than we expected making it such a great experience. The location was ideal for our stay as we were just a few minutes walking away from the central train station. The host was nice enough to greet us upon our arrival and provide us with important information. We will definitely stay here when we visit Vienna again.

5 minutes walking from the train station (straight from the airport) and 5 minutes walking to the metro station (10 minutes from the city center). Very comfortable apartment, it’s recently reformed and you can feel the love it’s been made with. Hope I can come back!!

It was cold when I visited and I could not close the bathroom window - too high to reach. But heating worked well . Kitchen well equipped and it was lovely having the fruit and sweets provided by the host.

No meals included. Location quiet and easy to walk to metro in five minutes. Not central but transport easy to get to the centre. You can walk to the Belvedere Palace from the apartment.

it is a very cosy place, and it is very functional! You will have everything that you may need and even more. The apartment is new, everything is clean, exactly as in the photos. All the spaces are heated with modern heaters which is important in cold times. There is a lot of different kitchen utensils and all the needed household chemistry. The mattress is very good, also there was a choice of different pillows. Keep in mind that a sofa is not a sleeping place, it is too short, so you can use only bed. Together with iron you get an ironing board, there is also a washing machine and a place to dry clothes afterwards. Interior is pleasant, you can feel that some time was spent to decorate it and you feel care in all those little details. Location is perfect, close to railway station and underground, but also quiet. All the shops are nearby, and a very good restaurant is on the square nearby with a wide choice of cool breakfast meals. I would say it is a perfect accommodation for its price. Thanks!
