Infrared sauna in the apartment is pretty bad and uncomfortable. Your back will be burning hot while rest of the body is cold.

The apartment where we stayed with my family was excellent in every aspect. Everything was not only clean but also as described in the listing. Additionally, the owner was extremely helpful and available, which made our stay very comfortable. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a stay in the area.

Nothing at all, honestly a very nice experience.

Everything was amazing. The man who welcomed us was very nice and accommodating for any issues, and gave us tips on places to go for dinner, après-ski, etc .... The apartments are great quality, and honestly amazing price-quality. Included in the stay there is free access to the pool next door, which is a very nice extra as it is quite a large facility with steambaths, saunas, a solarium and a waterslide.

Nothing, everything was as expected and then some. Some people complain about the walk but it’s 5-10 mins. 2 x under 10s did it everyday without complaint.

The price was a bit high imho & additional cost for a small doggie applied. We were before that in Germany and Czech Republic where such cost for a mini doggo was not applied.

The location is good - not far from the center, the parking was for free and available at the entrance door. And a pretty nice pool and SPA with saunas is 50m from the building. At additional cost but still - it’s great!

We experienced a very friendly welcome at Apartment Living Schönwies. We stayed in apartment 5, which had two good sized bedrooms with a generous and comfortable living/dining area. The bedrooms had plenty of storage and the beds were very comfortable. We slept extremely well especially as the area is nice and quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped which meant we were able to prepare our own meals when we wanted to. We appreciated being able to prepare fresh coffee and breakfast. The apartment had a balcony running the length of the accommodation which was a nice outdoor space with seating. The apartment is very modern with some traditional touches, which were nice, and was spotlessly clean. We were visiting Zell am See during the summer season but the hallway into the apartment looked spacious enough to hang winter sports gear if needed. As it was summer we did not to get to try the built in sauna in the bathroom, but we did think that it was a lovely touch. Makes us want to visit in winter! The location is very convenient for the town centre and lakeside - with everything a few minutes walk away. We would have been very happy with the apartment anyway but the Zell am See/Kaprun Summer Card was a real added bonus. We were able to use the lidos and visit several attractions including Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn - which were amazing and have to be experienced. Our lovely host talked us through all the options covered by the card. The nearby like is crystal clear and lovely for swimming in. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Great location near the centre of town and easy to pick up buses. Very helpful staff/owners. Comfortable and well organised. Liked the fact that you could see the mountains from the balcony. Quiet at night. The Apartment provided the Summer Card which was fantastic giving free transport, free use of cable cars and entrance to lots of attractions. An absolute must for staying in Zell-am See.

Staff were excellent, helpful and happy to listen to my attempts at speaking German ! The location is excellent for the town, lido, busstop, indoor swimming pool and CityExpress. It's situated away from the noise of the town but closer enough to access all the aforementioned facilities with a couple of minutes walk.

The lack of privacy. Would of preferred the 2nd floor with balcony as the children's playground could see directly into the bedroom and people passed by on a communal path very close to our windows. I think the apartment would benefit from some planting or screening. This would not prevent us from staying again, as the positives far out way the small negative.

Alex our friendly host stayed in touch with us and met us upon arrival. He was professional and informative and very welcoming from start to finish. Thank you Alex. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything you need. Exceptionally clean and spacious.

The reception staff Mr. Alex was wonderful in dealings with customers and are always smiling . Free car parking front the apartment . The location is close to restaurants, cafes and 10 minutes walking to the lake.

The chairs in the lounge weren’t the most comfortable, but otherwise everything was absolutely perfect.

Fantastic apartment. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. Ski lift in walking distance and being right next to the swimming pool made it an awesome location. As we were here in Spring the terrace was fantastic and very nice space to enjoy the warm weather after skiing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Very minor things. As we were a group of friends it would have been great to be able to separate the beds into twin beds (but we did have separate duvets which was great) and the sofas were a bit small for everyone to lounge around comfortably.

Really lovely apartment in a good location, with an easy walk to the bus atation and the City Express. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Access to the pool, slide, diving board and sauna in the leisure centre 2 minute walk away was an added bonus. Note: no swimwear allowed in the sauna, nude or towel only.
