Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

HungaryThe feathers in the blankets were constantly slipping to the sides and the blankets were not enough warm at night. The kitchen is small, the fridge is not enough for 8 people. (these are minor things, and do not affect the overall score)
The appartement price was really good, all the rooms had bathrooms with shower, there is a nice dining room. The hosts kindly heated the tiled stove, it was warm and comfortable for the evenings. The hosts were absolutely kind and helpful. Parking was allowed at the entrance. Skis could be placed in the garage just beside the entrance. The kitchen was well equipped.

LithuaniaThe only thing we missed was a washing machine. Having sauna in the room does require to wash or change towels every other day. Other than that everything was perfect.
New and spacious apartments with sauna, bubble bath, private parking, ski drying room and a really nice view to the mountain.

RomaniaThe apartment is very modern and clean, the hosts are very nice and friendly. There are all the relaxing facilities: jacuzzi tub, sauna, massage chair. The surroundig area is really beautiful; Zell am See in only few kilometers away. We're planning on coming here again for skiing.

NetherlandsNothing realy important, but here some tips for the hostess: A second toilet would be nice. You can only recieve a good WIFI signal in the kitchen.
The hostess Franziska is a very nice, friendly an helpful person. She took her time to help and explain us in anything we needed. Thank you! The place itself is very spacious and well maintained. It is also very clean. Very good beds. If we ever come back in Salzburgerland (summer of winter), we shall book "Appartments Moser" again.
