Friendly staff, large & clean apartment, pretty well furnished, though no coffee/tea options in the room. Location far from city center, but well connected to public transport. Underground parking fee 15 eur / day. Average breakfast buffet (could do better in terms of variety & quality of cheese and veggy options). All in all: a good option for short stays.

The level of their cleanliness in the room I stayed in can be improved upon. There was accumulated dust and dirt on some appliances. The room heater was not that effective in my room. It was just barely warm, not the cozy warmth I would have expected, except I missed something. They should pay a little more attention to details, because I paid for a double room, but they gave me a room with 2 single beds (not the same). Quite unlike me, I didn't complain to the hotel, because I knew I was only staying for 2 nights. But I feel they should work on these things I didn't like the fact that there were no simple things like kettles, tea bags, and other things like that as complimentary items which could have helped fight the very cold weather in Vienna, especially in December. Hotels should not forget the hospitality part of their service.

I arrived quite early because my flight arrived as early as 6.00am, got to the hotel as early as 9.00am. I was told by the receptionist, Jennica, that check-in was at 3.00pm, but that they could consider me for early check-in from 12 noon. They eventually allowed me to check in at 12.00 and I quite appreciated it. Jennica, the lady receptionist, and the male receptionist, Toy were very helpful. For me, they are the ones that made my stay pleasant, especially the very warm, welcoming smile of Jennica. I borrowed a 2-pin European-type socket adaptor from the hotel reception. I was allowed to use the adaptor to charge my phones and other devices throughout my stay. I only returned it at check-out. Toy, made sure I got a fair deal from the taxi man who was available to pick me up as early as 3.45am so I could get to the airport as early as 5.00am for my early morning flight. Their breakfast was a buffet, it was generous and with a lot of options.

It is a bit far from the center but the bus stop is in one minute walking distance.

The check in was fast but we didnt get much information about the hotel. The room was fine , spacious enough. The staffs were kind.

The noise insulation between rooms is a bit bad, a lot of noise gets through the walls. Lightning could be a tad bit better. Bathroom was a bit cold as well and heater inside bathrom was not functional.

It took us about 40 minutes from VIE airport to the hotel, including a 10 minute walk. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean, warm and generally comfortable. There are many ways to reach the city center and other locations, bus station is like 5 minutes walk from hotel, while tram is about 10 minutes away.

The rooms were different from what we booked on the site. They did a good job with the photos :). Unfortunately the furniture isn’t in the good shape. Also in the room before us someone smoked. I’m sure that is not the hotel fault, it’s about the quality of the people.

We had all necessary things, the room and the bathroom was clean, we had hot water at shower. The towels and the laundry were also clean. Good price for parking place in the garage.

There is a strange smell in the corridors.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were prepared for some trouble given some of the comments. The latter do not match our experience. Friendly staff, especially the ladies serving breakfast. Spacious rooms, generous bathroom, cleanliness. Parking possibilities, including underground garage at a normal price for Vienna. Very sufficient breakfast, with first quality products. The quality-price ratio is admirable. The center is quite far, but the tram ride through Vienna is always a pleasure. City - amazing as usual.

The check in was chaotic. It was only a very slow fellow, we waited 40 minutes to get the key. There was a long queue, even though it could not be a suprise to have those many guest, who want to check in at 15h.

The buffet at the restaurant could be better (for this price and given the stars of the hotel), but it's alright. The parking facilities could be better too, but given the location, it's already nice we could park for free very close, even if we had to leave earlier (9am) than the check-out time (11am).

Very friendly reception and for this price, this flexibility in the check-in (24/24) and the cancelling (any time), we were really nicely surprised of the quality of the hotel (room, bed) and the peacefulness of the area. We even got a little bit nicer room (better fitting for us as a family) than we booked. We chose it because we needed a place we could cancel and arrive very late (1am actually), as we didn't know if we would continue our trip further in the night, but this is definitely the top place in this area for us now.

I contacted the hotel upfront asking about the options to park in the garage: they replied that I just had to ask at the reception for a free parking. I arrived and asked, but they made me pay 15 euros. Bathtub: please remove and change those curtains, they are very annoying.

Location was perfect for my plans, quiet area, very good breakfast, acceptable coffee, friendly personnel, comfortable beds, triple room big enough.

The refrigerator is no longer functional, although the site has not been updated. Now there is a minibar. In the apartment there is no glass with which you can drink water, juice, etc... not all of us drink directly from the bottle... The Wi-Fi internet worked very hard. The leaflet in the apartment, with some information about the hotel and how to get to the center of Vienna, is not updated (the 360 ​​bus line has been abolished for about 2 years ago)

I have had accommodation since 2007 until now (2022) every year, in September or October, in this hotel, in an apartment. We liked the place where it is located, near the park where it is also very quiet. The reception staff is very kind and professional. The breakfast is very good and varied. We also enjoyed our stay in this hotel and of course in Vienna.
