The nearest restaurant was further away than I would have liked but was still within walking distance.

The room was spacious and had everything I could want as a hiker. The bathroom was also enormous.

Very pleasant one night stay. Clean, comfortable, very nice staff - check in without any problems. Good size parking, especially for our van. Wish we could stay longer..definitely recommend :)

Tv didn’t work. There’s no elevator, mainly stairs so consider that. Breakfast is minimal. Wellness center was fully booked 2 in advance- thats was a shame.

Very modern rooms with excellent batchroom. Second time I stayed here now. Charging my car was possible with a card from reception. This worked well at €0,60/kWh. The breakfast is gorgeous.

The sleeping pillows have no support and seem to be very old.

The hotel is partly on a busy road and railway. My room was on that side. However, even with one window partly open, the electric shutters closed and earplugs the noise did not annoy me. However if you are sensative for noise, you might want to ask a room at the other side. The hotel is big enough to have options.

Excellent, very recently refurbished, hotel onn the edge of the centre of Neustadt an der Weinstrasse. Very kind staff. I had a very large room with high ceiling. Small but functional bathroom Large bed. Excellent wifi. Great to have rolling shutters to cover the windows at night (or during heat). Very extensive breakfast buffet with eggs to order on demand. Kind staff in restaurant and reception. At short walking distance of car free city center with many restaurants. The hotel is in the middle of the oldest wineroute (80km long) of Germany. So 1 day you can do the northern part and 1 day the southern part. We had to pay 2 euro per night extra for compensation of higher energy prices. Which I can understand very well and happy that it is specified separate instead of in the price. Nice free parking at the back of the hotel. Private, but accessible from the street.

The beds were too hard for our liking but the bedding was new and very fresh.

Lovely large room and bathroom and nice (but rather expensive) breakfasts. On site parking and very convenient for the railway station, as we were travelling to a nearby wine festival by train.

Hotel was a little difficult to find because some roads were blocked, due to some work nearby but this was nothing to do with the hotel.

Great breakfast, nice room with balcony (which was unexpected). Complementery tea and coffee in room plus a bottle of water. Car parking too. Easy to walk into the Altstadt

We liked everything except couldn't find an aircondition switch-on for very hot days.Kettle for boiling water was a little akward to use(had to plug into socket near the floor).See-through door from bedroom to bathroom(toilet) not ideal.Breakfast was rather expensive at 18£ p.P., but good that one could choose which days wanted or not.All in all we were happy with the very quiet, yet central location and friendly staff and cleanliness!:)

I only discovered the car park after I had parked in the street, because there are two entrances to the hotel.

Nice spacious room. Excellent shower. Once connected to wi-fi, internet was lightning-fast. Breakfast was copious and good.

Our room could have benefitted with a dehumidifier or some more ventilation. It had the tendency to get a little humid and musty inside.
