How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Location of hotel good, but not so good with traffic conection to the city center- if You want to use public transport , its complicate to catch bus plus 2 undergroung linie

Mohammed at the front desk was kind and helpful. Breakfast was okay, good options. But it was the same everyday so it got a little monotonous.

Far from city center. Charged e15 for early checkin. Temp control in room confusing.

Obligation to self register on a general purpose table (very small and hard to use the keyboard). Self registering took me around 15minutes just to find out that I have to enter my credit-card password on a device, which is not mine and where even the fields suggested entries of people who used the tablet before. I see here multiple questions rising (no offense, but this is something critical): 1. Why does a guest have to do registration, which is Front-Desk-Staff task? 2. Why are there no DSGVO/GDPR considerations taken and everyone using the tablet can see data from other persons? 3. Why is no Hotel Manager (or stand-in) at service at 1930h in the evening to discuss issues? Best regards and hope that you rethink your decisions about self-check-in.

It wasn't a great location. It wasn't dangerous, but it was kinda in the middle of nowhere. They did double charge me for my room, but that has been fixed.
Breakfast was great. It was nice that they had allergies listed on the food. I liked that there was a fridge in the room.

A little bit disapointing was the bathroom - being a bathtub rather than a shower, but that is a personal thing (you either like bath tubs or dont ;-) )
A great hotel, great staff, very friendly, great breakfast, and really close to everything: easy 15min drive into City Centre, for business needs a 20min drive to both Offices, and a traffic free exit onto the highway on a working week day. Ideal!!

Rooms could be better cleaned. Some hair here and there as well as some dust.
Breakfast was full of options and fresh. Bedroom beds were comfortable and the cleaners went there every day to keep it tidy- we really appreciate this.

There were 3 pillows in room,wasn't enough for 2 people. Hotel parking is not free, 20 Euro per day, breakfast is sufficient but can be improved. Hotel close to public transport but if you will take Bolt it will cost min. 20 euro

There were very few amenities and the buffet in the morning were not that delicious.
I was happy that the staff was very friendly and that the location was quite good. The rooms were very clean.

There is no parking around. We needed to park in expensive hotel garage.
Good breakfast with a lot of food to pick from and direct entrance to the park from the ground level. There is a shopping center near by with some bars and shops.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable. I got a somewhat sticky spoon in my room, not sure if it was used or just poorly hand-washed.
Good breakfast selection, everything was pretty good.

The garage is 20 Eur/vehicle/day, which is too expensive There was no hair dryer in the room the internet disappeared for half an hour on a couple of occasions, which can be a problem. The spa center is a miserable sauna that is just an advertisement without service.
The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied and rich, the coffee is excellent. 15 minutes by car to the city. Recommendations for a shorter stay.

No way to take the stairs, you can only take the elevator, not really keen on that. And the glutenfree bread was not always defrosted properly, so half was stone hard.
It's next to a park and the view on the park is lovely. The hotel does not offer dinner (at least not that I noticed), but close by is a shopping mall with Ebo10.

The pillows were really flat. And when we got out of the room later than 10am the room was not completely cleaned.
