Construction workers were firing up their saws at 6 am. Someone was hammering the next day. And then someone knocks at the door and I couldn't tell at first if it was more hammering. I realized that it was knocking and I was on my way to the door when it opened and there was a guy with a cart of coffees and pastries to sell. I know that I didn't throw the deadblot...my mistake...but why does he have a key to open my door. I understand housekeeping, but a breakfast cart! And my spouse was taking a shower at the time! Hmm...not so good.

It was in a great location near to the underground station. The small restaurants nearby were wonderful. The room, the bed and the pillows were great. All the staff persons were gracious.

Parking is a downside, there is a parking garage with a direct path to the hotel, however it's quite expensive (40 eur/day) and parking slots are so narrow, it was quite difficult to fit in (especially with SUV)

Awesome location, next to Schoenbrunn and Zoo, metro is just 3 minutes away, several restaurants are nearby. Rooms are very clean and nice, breakfast was great, especially the omellette.

Prize of parking is horrible. 40€ (per one day) if you are guest in hotel is really too much. If you are in hotel for weekend… its really nice prize….

Weather was mild when we were there, but I didn't see a way to turn A/C on and I thought the reservation did include it. Something to double check if reserving.

Massive rooms, great location by the palace, breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. Felt like we were staying in an extension of Schonbrunn itself. Subway access was also great.

The wooden floor was squeaky to walk on. Missed the live eggs counter on weekdays. Also refilling the finished food (juices, wurst, scrambled eggs, grilled veggies) took much longer on weekdays during the breakfast spread. Waited for more than 30 mins for scrambled eggs. Adding a few more English channels apart from news (like movies, kids, discovery channel etc) would be a good idea for guests from all across the world.

The room size was very good, well lit and bright. The king size bed was comfortable . There was a small balcony with an outdoor seating facility which was very nice. The big wardrobe in the room was convenient. There was a wide spread for breakfast especially on weekends and holidays when there was a live eggs counter. Excellent location opposite a Schönbrunn palace gate. The U4 station is 200 metres away. Lots of small restaurants nearby - pizza, ramen, sushi, fish, noodles, bakery, ice cream everything is easily available. The hotel also organized a small birthday celebration with cakes and balloons on request - it was much appreciated.

Close to public transport. Quiet room, although way at the back of the building. Great value for money compared to many other locations we stayed.
