Only a minor point on a personal note as I'm a light sleeper but as the floors are all wood / tile (which looks great) there's nothing to absorb the sound so it makes it very noisy late night / early morning.

Great location opposite schonbrunn estate & within 1 minute walk of all public transport links. Room was exactly as pictures on site, ample room for 2 adults & a child on sofa bed. Breakfast selection was excellent with mix of cold, hot & continental selections. All staff encountered were exceptional - friendly polite & helpful. The breakfast chef especially - potentially the happiest chef I've ever met always with a smile & good morning.

We booked a room for three people, but we only got two of almost everything: two towels, two mugs, two glasses. The extra bed was made on the sofa, and they forgot to put an extra pillow there. We didn't understand it.

Beautiful hotel, right next to Schönbrunn Palace. A real historic building with a fantastic atmosphere. The Gloriette Bar is a miracle! A special bonus is that check-out is at 12 noon, so very convenient.

It seems that the floor was not cleaned properly prior to our entry as I found a piece of glass and dust on the floor.

The breakfast was really good as it had a good variety of items to choose from. The room was big and the view from our room over the Schonbrunn Palace garden was superb.

The bed was too soft for my husband. The breakfast were the same for our 5 days stay. It would be great if they can offer some different dishes everyday.

The location ist great, only 1 min away from the subway station and walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace. The breakfast offers enough choice and the staff are very friendly. The room is relative big. We are very happy with the choice.

Absolutely nothing.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was an excellent size for 3 people. They even left some chocolate treats in the room for my son on his birthday. The location was perfect for us. Lots of cafes and shops nearby as well as trams, subway and bus stops right outside. Schonbrunn Palace and gardens are a few minutes away too. Subway into city centre takes about 10 minutes.

The room was large with a bathroom, bedroom and living area with a sofa, desk and TV, 2 travel beds were in this space for the kids, there was also a separate WC and spacious hallway with storage. We had breakfast included and it was a very good buffet with a large variety of options. Located over looking the grounds of the Shonbrunn Palace and close to the Zoo entry (ignore Google maps go into gate next to the Lindt chocolate shop and turn right) and only 100m from the underground to the city.
