Coffee machines too slow for the number of people trying to use them. Bathroom door was a glass sliding door, that kept sliding open when you were inside -no privacy-a bit embarrassing. Needs a magnet/clip to help it stay closed.

All good. Perhaps to stagger breakfast would be good. It was extremely busy, And hard to find seating. Coffee machines are far too slow. They need cc replacing with faster machines. I mean , really really slow!!!

Everything worked well in the hotel. Nothing was a problem.

The location is very good, just round a couple of corners from the Pilgramgasse U-bahn station. From there it's very easy to get to anywhere in Vienna, including the airport. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size with a good bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy. We'd very happily stay here again.

The rooms were in desperate need of a renovation. The walls were stained and the floor was heavily scratched. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay.

I recently stayed and the rooms were okay - spacious and very clean, however, everything was quite dated. Despite the outdated decor, I must note that everything was very clean.

The hotel is in a central location, within easy walking distance from an underground station. It's also easy to walk to restaurants, bars, markets, the Opera House, St Stephen's Cathedral and other attractions from the hotel. The staff, including the team on reception, at the bar and restaurant and the cleaners, were friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was good too. This hotel is great value for money.

The room is small for 3 people with large suitcases. the shower cubical is small and it is not easy to take a shower without hitting your elbow on the taps or its glass door. The reception staff were not friendly, except for one (Edward, I think was his name) he was very welcoming and helpful when talking to him.

WiFi works well only when guests are sleeping or are out. Bathroom is equipped for elderly people or guests with limited mobility, which is good of course, but not all rooms should be like that. The installations were too close to head and I also had to remove the special seat under shower to become able to take a shower standing. Noisy and not really warm heating system also needs improvement.

Always fresh breakfast and happy faces of elderly guests, as the hotel seems to be specialized for guests aged 65+. And also the hotel is very close to underground, which is very convenient. Shower was working properly.

They did not changed the dirty cups in the room and they didn't complete the tea bags . At breakfast when was crowded the food that missing because of consumption was not substitute fast enough.

The staff, night shift. The manager was very nice, very polite, very professional. Unfortunately, the girl that handled our booking was completely overwhelmed by a simple booking of two rooms. After answering twice to her question, rude and unappropriate, she still didn't have a clue of what to do. She called a collegue who merely spoke Romanian ( it was hard to get along with both of them, in English or Romanian). She threw to me the papers for accomodation and minutes later she called in the room asking for the payment. Completely rude and unprofessional, she should find another job! This morning, at the check out, the morning shift, a very nice girl, apologized for the fact that there were still 60 cents to be paid. Mind blowing and not in a good way! Refarding the room, it was big, quite clean, the matress was a bit soft. But the door to the bathroom, that waz the worst - it does not close completely, therefore you cannot use it in a normal way, you are seen and heard. Also, the sink was not in a very good shape. All in one, ok for one night, but not for a prolonged stay. It was my 4th time in Vienna and the worst accomodation so far.

The hotel has a garage, very important if you travel by car in Vienna. You have to pay for the parking (25 EUR/night), which I gladly did, knowing that the car is safe.

I have read so many reviews for this hotel, and some of them were not so positive, and I don’t understand why. The hotel room was just like in the pictures. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The room was clean, it smelled well, they changed the towels every day. The stuff was also very friendly and helpful. There are so many comments about the bathrooms. I do not agree with them. The shower is a bit smaller than usual, but nothing to complaint so much about. Overall, a great experiance. I will be staying here again.

There was some construction next to the hotel that we were not warned about that was starting at 6am and was a bit noisy.

The hotel has a great location, next to U4 metro station. Breakfast is fantastic and I recommend to take BB option only as those guests have breakfast in less busy area than the HB guests.
