Very clean comfortable room. We decided to have breakfast during our stay - magnificent choices of food and drinks with very friendly staff. The receptionist was wonderful - so cheerful and helpful. Right opposite the train station which was a bonus as we are interail travellers. Would definitely recommend.

Some few problems with the shower which wasn't working so well. Also, I would suggest the management of the hotel a bathroom ventilation fan to help extract the air.

Nice and modern hotel, close to the railway station, super clean room and friendly staff. Delicious and varied breakfast. A big thumbs up for this.

Great value for money. Close to the center, everything is great. Smiling staff, especially the reception. The girls at breakfast are professional and keep everything clean. In the evening, you can take a beer from the lobby bar and go out to light a cigar. We stayed for one evening but we will be back.

Everything was great, just at arrival the reception was closed.. me and another passenger knocked about ten minutes.until the receptionists came. it was at 2 am in the night.

Excellent location in front of the train station, 24 hour reception, quiet room, nice mattress and pillows. I appreciated that in the bathroom with the shower gel there was also a body cream, very rare, and that the room was equipped with a coffee&tea maker (kettle+ coffee, tea, milk, white sugar). Also that I was let to check out an hour later.

Shockingly rude night receptionist! We arrived at 4am after driving for 900km. We left a message with property that we will be arriving in the middle of the night as we had a long journey. But receptionist straight away said: 'Why you didn't call us and say you will be arriving at 4am? Don't do that in the future!' I said we left a message when we made the booking that we will be arriving late. He continued arguing: 'But you never said you will be arriving at 4am, I have lots of work to do and I wasn't expecting you to come at this time' ?!?!? Absolutely shocking!! If we weren't so tired we would have went somewhere else. AVOID THIS RUDE PROPERTY!!!

Location was amazing, it was right outside the main station, making it easy to get to and from airports, as well as providing easy access to the tram and busses for trips within Graz. It was also very close to several supermarkets which made it easy for us to access any necessities. The room itself was a gem, with an impeccable view of the schlossberg It was an extremely clean and professional environment, the room was spacious and well styled. Added points for security as only people with hotel cards were allowed to access the lodging floors via lift. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with anything we needed from extra pillows to printing out our flight tickets! Air condition was amazing given the heat of the season, and the complementary tea and coffee and kettle provided by the hotel made for a lovely morning coffee with an amazing view.

The price was higher then at booking. I came at night. I made reservation on booking. The reception worker has told me that they don't have the number for this price, only 10 euros higher. The reservation was guarantee with my card, so I could not cancelled it, because the cancellation cost was 100%. I've asked to cancel it from another side, but it was also impossible. So i had nothing to do then to stay with a higher price. Everything was fine, hotel is ok. Just to notice, that the price can be 10 euros higher, then on booking.

Near railway station, reception 24/24. Rooms are clean. There is a tea at number. They have a street side and quite side, so the staff member was so nice to give me a silent side. Normal hotel. One of many near the railway station.

the air-con gave a very bad knocking sound and mostly everytime someone somewhere used the loo (flushed). I never had the air-con switched on so not sure why it was making the sound like someone is constantly banging very loud on the celling of my room (sometimes sounded like someone loudly banging a nail with hammer. the landline to connect to reception desk didnt work. no plug point by the bed side, so phone to keep on charge had to be on the table opposite side of the bed,

Room with a view - Room 519 has view of the station and surroundings, amazing for people watching. Massive size room and bathroom too! for anyone who feels clautrophobic this is ideal way not to feel like that. And even though the room is on the top floor the windows fully open. But I must admit, I certainly didnt expect the noise free sleep I got every night from such a busy area, good quality double glazing windows I assume.
