The location is an easy walk over the bridge into the main area which was great. The restaurant on site was a great way to start the day.

Hotel Stefanie was wonderful and I would happily stay there again! I cannot say enough good things about the ladies in the housekeeping department. On the day I arrived, a lady brought chocolate to my room, and each and every morning my room was refreshedv exceptionally. My room was so clean, and that really meant a lot to me! I also loved the historic aspect of this hotel. It was a nice experience!

Lovely friendly hotel in convenient location for central Vienna. Breakfast choice, restaurant and service very good. Staff efficient and friendly. Room good standard with everything we needed and very clean.

Beautiful stylish building with traditional furniture interesting antiques and a long history. Loved having a traditional key rather than key card. Room was quiet, bathroom modern, bed comfortable breakfast amazing, staff friendly, old fashioned touches like a shoe polishing machine. It was like being in a Hercule Poirot film

The grandeur of yesteryear has not been lost, yet the rooms have modern amenities. Location is very close to the historical district. Champagne with the breakfast buffet starts your day on a bright note!

The staff was very nice, and the room was clean. The location is very central so you can easily walk in the centre of the city in about 10 minutes. As I was staying there during my birthday they even gifted me a piece of cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. Can only recommend.

Like all hotels in Europe since Covid pandemic, OVERPRICED! Location near the Danube canal and a short walk from St. Stephan's but too far to the museums to walk.

Early morning asking for directions at the front desk, one gentleman was gave poor or vague directions and did not seem to want to help us. But all the other front desk personnel were over the top. Very helpful. I had my photo taken with the gentleman with the grey beard and wild hair. Great guy! Bartender was great.

Service was excellent. Staff is very professional and courteous. The room was perfect. You are located in a great spot. Thank you!

Breakfast was very nice, complete. They even had champagne ;) The beds were very comfy. My room was at the back of the hotel so I slept very quiet. The staff was super friendly and when you leave the hotel for a walk then you had to leave your key behind. It felt safe, because when you travel alone the hotel knows if you are back or not. The old style of the hotel was beautiful.

Local church bells start at 06:00 ! But Vienna has a lot to explore so the early starts way be useful :)

There's nothing I didn't like.

Everything about Hotel Stefanie is more than amazing. It is sooooo beautiful, very well located, you can easily access public transport and also within a walking distance to Innere stadt, restaurants and supermarkets. The room is spacious, modern bathroom, strong water pressure in the shower, breakfast is out of this world (I have no words to describe the scrambled eggs) and the staff nice and helpfull. Hotel Stephanie exceeded all my (high) expectations.
