The only disappointment, which was totally understandable given it was winter, is my kids couldn't drop in on the half pipe. There was still too much snow. Can't have everything!

Great breakfast offering. Also thoroughly enjoyed the saunas and the outdoor pool. Rooms are equipped with very good shower and bath facilities, and are generally very comfortable. But what was best about this place was the friendly and relaxed vibe. The staff were very nice, everyone from the lovely women at the front desk to the cleaning staff, and the locals who drink at the bar were lots of fun to drink with, particularly one guy who very kindly gifted me a bottle of a very tasty chocolate chili schnapps he makes himself.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, but the pool could have been warmer and a security camera at the ski room would have been helpful in the prevention of theft.

As we booked through booking.com I think we probably had the most basic room. It was nice but certainly not 4* hotel nice. There were no tea\coffee facilities in the room, the toiletries were very basic, generic hand\body wash, there was no hand wash at the sink but the option of having your own handmade bar of soap from reception. There was a minibar in the room but it was not stocked either - we had 2 rooms both the same. The other slight niggle is that the downstairs cafe oriental does not have any snacks available to buy before 6pm, there do serve light food after 6pm but we couldn't even buy a bags of crisps! I thought this very peculiar especially for very hungry skiers who fancy a cup of coffee or beer and nibbles after a long day on the slopes. We have been to other 4* hotels in Hinterglemm where these sort of things are standard.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice from very healthy to a full fried breakfast. Lots of juice options including self pressed vegetables and fruit. The spa was pretty amazing, if you want a break with a spa for a non-skier this hotel would be a good option. The staff were extremely helpful and let us stay in our rooms for a very late check out without charge - a very nice touch. The beds are super comfy, just what was needed after a long day.

The Wi-Fi was less pretty unstable and the speed is not great.

The furniture in the room is very basic and showing sign of usage already. Same is true for everything, the carpets on the floor, the doors, etc. A complete refurbishment would be nice because it would be an outstanding hotel otherwise. With these old fashioned and used furnitures, the rooms have a youth hostel feeling.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to the gondola, many great hiking opportunities. The outdoor, indoor pool and the wellness area is cool. I expecially liked the extended opening hour (until 22:00). The breakfast is outstanding. They offered handmade soap each day. Check-in is super easy, joker card already filled out by the time we arrived.

The water in the indoor pool was a bit cold and the places was usually packed with children screaming and jumping into the water - not a place to actually relax. Apart from this, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was rich, diverse and very well stocked. If you went early in the morning the bread was warm. The welness area was also quite big - there are about 5 different types of sauna, 1 indoor pool, 1 exterior pool and a natural pond where you can also bathe if you are into bathing in super cold mountain stream water.

There was no receptionist available at check in. It was weird. There was no restaurant on Tuesday evening at all, we had to go out, but almost impossible to find a place in the neighborhood without reservation.

Our room (316) appeared to be the last one in the corner under the roof (attic) and there was no standing shower, which was really uncomfortable and we were not warned about it during/after the booking. Also the sound insulation in our room was quite bad, we could here literally everything that was happening in the neighboring room, even the snoring of the person during the night. I would recommend clearly marking this room as a slightly different one, putting it into a different category to set the right expectations.

Location is superb, right by the chairlift. The Oriental Cafe has awesome Lebanese food and great pizza, the breakfast was also 5 out of 5.

The spa could be taken care of more (the empty bowl with few nuts stayed there for 3 days and looked very poor). And there is no personnel at the spa to ask for something. The restaurant menu is very limited and had limited working hours. Their house cocktails were nice but other ones - nothing special. There are better places around the hotel where you can enjoy your meals. Still some place to grow.

Stylish design with particular vibe, comfy rooms with balcony. Breakfast had variety and was very tasty. spa great with hot saunas! outdoor pools even greater! Perfect location with shops, restaurants and hiking trails around. We red the reviews before coming, and I can agree to some of them. Don't await the classical expectations from 4* hotels, where the staff will be everywhere to please your every need. The vibe is very relaxed in the hotel and sometimes you need more time to look for some staff member to ask them something. Although they are very responsive! A Must: enjoy a night out with cocktail & shisha at the outdoor pool.

the rooms are fine but not that cozy, there’s definitely not an Austrian feel to anything. some facilities in the spa could do with fixing, some showers were broken for example.

Room was small, With open shower design. You have to shower almost on top of the toilet. Makes for wet toilet and TP. Not nice for others staying with you or yourself. Bed plug was located on one side of the bed. Power outlet was connected to the main light. So when turning off the room light at night turns switch off. No charging of phone near bed.

Located in Hinterglam and made it easy for us to walk around town for the event. Hotel has everything with relaxing cafe and pool area.

It wasn’t really clear how the hotel worked, breakfast times etc. In an effort to save paper you got information from a QR code which is great in principle but seemed to be a bit lacking with information.

Great location, fantastic food in cafe oriental with a Middle Eastern twist. Super spa facilities.

When we arrived we noticed how immaculate the hotel was. Very open which was perfect for our group. Check in was super easy. Room was amazing with even more amazing views! Dressing gown and slippers provided which was a treat. Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was mouth watering every morning. The spa was really really nice to have after a day of skiing. Rooftop sauna was great also. About 150M from the nearest ski lift, very central location. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back in future. Thank you again.
