I wish the pool was just a little warmer.

The room was beautiful. Nicely decorated, lovely view. To wake up to a view of the mountains like that was spectacular. And the location right next to the palace and the town was really perfect. I also liked the pool and sauna facilities. Very friendly staff.

I found the hand soap drying on my skin and the room actually got so hot in the night, we had to open the window.

The room was spacious and had a large, comfortable bed. There was space to hang coats, put our bags and shoes which isn't always considered. The ensuite was small but practical. The shower was hot with good pressure.

The pillow. It would be great to have a more padded pillow. It was so empty, it was like sleeping without a pillow. But I definitely recommend this hotel.

I thought it was WAY overpriced. I was expecting a luxury property and it was just standard. Just because a hotel has a spa and offers massages, which are features that cost extra anyway and not everyone uses, doesn’t make it a luxury hotel. No AC. Just very disappointed because it was more than 500 Euros for just 2 nights. Would not return.

Good location. Free parking next to hotel. Excellent breakfast, which was included in the room cost. Very quiet.

The size of the room is a little bit small.

The hotel is small but very cozy with a small swimming pool and spa. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Around area is very good for a short walk around the town, beautiful. We had our puppy with us and the hotel has cushion for her.

Woken up early by the washing machine making a noise and cleaning staff talking outside the door. No shower cubicle which I'd prefer, but a whirlpool bath with shower head. Expensive.

The location was good, right in the centre. Friendly staff, nice food in the restaurant and good breakfast.

The best place to visit Kaiservilla as the entrance of Kaiser Park is just adjacent to the hotel parking. Also its location is very downtown!

The facilities are not adapted for disabled guests: a) the bath needs to be a shower; b) I could not go into the reception; c) I could not access the breakfast room. The hotel should not be described as "accessible"!!

A beautifully furnished single room with great views in the heart of town.. The hotel is in walking distance to the railway station. Fabulous breakfast buffet, friendly and caring staff, and I had an exceptionally delicious dinner in their prize-winning restaurant..

The hotel’s space configuration is a bit strange, and the swimming pool is too small. It’s not very far from the train and bus station, but still need to walk for a while with uneven road.

It's next to the Kaiservilla! The staff are very kind. They provide information about hotel and tourist attractions. I got lost many times but they always helped me to find the right direction, and even a gentleman took me to the room.

Unfortunately, the wifi didn't seem to work much that evening. My only additional thing is that whenever someone else on the corridor would close their door, my door would rattle quite loudly... but it isn't too bad :)

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, it really made the stay very pleasant! Especially as I was in Ischl for a job interview, the kind staff made all of the difference in calming my nerves. I felt completely welcomed. The room was lovely, and the food in the restaurant for dinner was amazing! Breakfast was good too! I will definitely stay here again.
