Amazing location. Easy to access from the main station (bus J). Hotel is located on the mountain, next to the ski lift, with the panoramic view of Innsbruck. It has good restaurant/bar.

The hotels in Austria have this bathroom with glassdoor, this is the only thing a bit uncomfortable, but this is almost in all hotels in Austria, maybe was a thing in the past.

The view from the room is amazing and the hotel is just in front of the cable car of nordkette. It is very good if you want to go for a ski trip. It is easy to go to the city center using the J or N7 bus. The hotel seems old, but very well maintained, the staff is very friendly, there is also a pub/restaurant in there, but I didn't eat there to have an opinion.

Location. I would have preferred to be within walking distance to old town. The description states it is a 10 minute drive, but it took us 20-30 minutes. The bus worked great, but we didn't figure that out till our second night. Definitely take the bus if you are going to old town, parking is very difficult. Also, since we were so far out of town, free parking should be included.

Room was great, we had a party of 6 so they placed us all on together and we had the 3rd floor to ourselves. Right next door to the Nordkette Cable Car. Bus stop across the street.

The beds were some of the comfiest I have ever slept on. The location is far enough from the city while still quickly and easily accessible by bus. The restaurant attached was delicious as well. I would highly recommended

Towels were well worn. It was a bit confusing to find--even my GPS had trouble.

The room was small, but adequate. Breakfast was fine, what was expected in a European hotel. The location was amazing--next to hiking, a cable car with parking on site.

good stay for walkers overlooking Innsbruck, bus service just outside every 10 minutes into Innsbruck. Cafe was good the food limited but good the beers even better!

Bathroom is separated from the room by a glass panel and door, which is only frothed to chest hieght., so you are a bit exposed, but it does mean you can watch the TV while sat on the toilet.

Views, restraunt good value. Comfy beds. New bathroom .

The choice to make the bathroom wall absolutely transparent is really unclear to me so it wasn't very convenient. There was no kettle in the room, which I think should be a good practice for all sorts of hotels.

The location was perfect- it was a good place to start several hiking routes, the cable car was right in front of the hotel, the bus stop was very near and provided good access to the city center. The room was clear. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied for the price, but it was filling. The view was good.

just next to the cable car station and quite convenient. it has beautiful view to the city and mountains opposite. it has a restaurant and can have supper there. room is quite okay and has a balcony. you get fresh air when you open the window. you got discount from the reception for the cable car and it is quite good discount.

Room should have hot water kettle. Bathroom and Bed had glass partition. Though the bottom half of glass was translucent, it should have a curtain as well.

It's quite expensive for what you get - but maybe that's just a reflection of prices in the area.

Great location, conveniently located by the cable car up into the mountains as well as to the alpenzoo. Staff were really friendly. Great for a stopover.
