Very nice bar area, but hardly used. The hotel receptionist is also the part time bar person with limited knowledge of drinks apart from beer/ wine. That is a real shame.

Lovely boutique hotel with high tech rooms and beautifully decorated. It is very centrally located. They have a very funky bar that could have a lot of potential.

There was nothing I actually disliked, but if I was going to be super duper picky, I'd say their breakfast miiiiight not be worth the 24 euro price, though all elements of it were delicious. Also, their choice of included toiletries wasn't to my taste, though that's obviously a subjective thought. They were high quality. My husband is 6'3" and the shower head wasn't quite tall enough to accomodate without stooping. But again, picking nits here in an effort to give a balanced review.

I have stayed in many, many 5 star hotels and resorts and I have never stayed anywhere as nice as this hotel. It wasn't the biggest or the most lugsurious room but it was bright and airy and immaculately clean and featured amazing views. Best of all, it actually HAD the soundproofing it promised. I am an INCREDIBLY light sleeper and I always just assume I'm going to have interrupted rest regardless of claims. I never heard either road noise, or people noise or next door noise or cleaning noise or any noise at all. It was heavenly. They had a spa for private booking and it was utterly immaculate and free of charge for guests. They asked only that you book ahead of time. The service was superlative! One of the gentlemen at the desk in the evenings was the quintescential old school hotelier. Totally accomodating, calm and knowledgable about the area. You could access the bar and get drinks all day or night- whoever was on desk duty also doubled as barkeep and could make whatever drinks you wanted any time you wanted. Little things like the coffee maker being refilled with water every day and the fact they still leave little treats for turndown service were great touches. The staff would clean your room regardlessof when you left during the day with no problem. We were a pleasant 10 minutes walk from 90% of what we wanted to see in Vienna. I loved this place and would go back in heartbeat.

Very modern with electronic controls and beautiful interior design. I love the painted glass between the washroom and bedroom, heated floor in the washroom, mirrors everywhere. High ceiling, very comfortable bed! Very clean! Great location right on the popular shopping street. The staff are all super friendly. When we walked back from the Mozart concert, we felt like walking home.

There are a lot of "on" and "off" switches for various functions such as: light, AC, toilet flushing, etc... They were difficult to understand. Missing clear instructions in English.

Comfortable bed, AC worked well, very quiet even at the first floor, excellent location with many restaurants, all the museums were 10-12 minutes walking from the hotel.

Oh, the counter top where the nespresso was put. Put ur head too close and the sharp edges hit my head for the first 2 times. Subsequently became more aware of this. Recommended to put some soft cushion or some warning about this

It was a lovely place to stay in Vienna. Pictures was not able to depict how nice a place it was to stay! They had a turn down service, the staff was most helpful and even the housekeeper had a ready smile ! Did we mention we enjoyed our time in the private sauna and steam?

Was expecting more "kitchy" room. Also there is only 1 small elevator and beer in the bar was not very tasty. The wine is nice tho!

Simply the best - went straight to the top of my hotel list. First you smell the elegance, then you see it - absolutely stunning entrance hall. Then you are greeted by one of the receptionist- all of whom were super charming and nothing was too much trouble. Then the room - beautifully furnished - lots of beautiful details. Bathroom amazing, bed super comfy, free minibar, lovely breakfast with as much Melange as you can drink… Location is superb too - not more than 20 min to most attractions. Central yet quiet. Spittelberg with its many restaurants is just round the corner and the Museums Quarter is opposite.

I liked everything. If I was being very picky, I would suggest that they provide tea making facilities in the room, ie kettle & tea bags, as not everyone drinks coffee. I asked for a kettle and teabags and it wasn’t a problem for them, so I was quite happy.

We chose the hotel as it was colourful, bright, fresh looking and different, in a good way, to other hotels we’d viewed. The room had many high-tech features which were great. The staff were super helpful and obliging. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends & family.
