The property was in a good location, walkable to shops and restaurants. It had the best appointed room in my travel to 5 countries. It was small and quiet with great customer service.

This hotel is perfectly situated near Hofburg. Everything was excellent, from the room, furnitures, and appliances to how helping and pleasing the personnel is. They are always at your disposal and provide great service ! Special note for the spa that was a real plus. Would recommend 100%

First of all this hotel is stunning! From the decor, lighting, trinkets, etc. its really beautiful. I enjoyed the location near lots of shopping and within walking distance to many sights, attractions, resturants, etc. The staff was wonderful in greeting, answering questions and making local reservations. The room was very comfortable and stylist and was easy to enjoy. It was also very quiet which can be appreciated.

we loved the decor immediately, the warm and efficient welcome and handling of our luggage, the spacious and beautifully lit room. The tap water is from a local source, drinkable and delicious. comfortable bed, quiet double glazing and all requests met with gracious and friendly help.

The location is just perfect: walking distance to key museums, opera, concert hall, shopping areas, etc. At the same time it was very quiet: I couldn't even hear any noise from the construction site nearby. The interiors are very stylish, but the design is also practical. Everything is immaculately clean. All hotel employees were super friendly and it felt like this is their true attitude rather than something artificial forced by the management. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautifully decorated; the artwork in the public areas is stimulating and fun. Our room was perfect; quiet and warm (great double glazing and soundproofing), very comfortable (a settee and seating area was a bonus) and fitted out skilfully and tastefully. The staff were all excellent; Eduard was very welcoming when we arrived and his colleagues maintained the very high standard. The breakfast is a treat and the private spa (a sauna and steam room - you book it at reception for 1 or 2 hour slots) is beautiful and luxurious.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had - the staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They really make me feel at home during the short stay. The location was fantastic - within minutes of walk to lots of tourist attractions. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the spa is just impressive.

No alcohol in the minibar.

The spa was amazing. We had it all for ourselves for a couple of hours. So was the channel on the TV with a never ending Tyrol music blast. We will definitely come back. Great staff.

The pillows were too soft. Also there is a massive construction site opposite and they start work at 6am (!) so ensure the room windows are bolted tight to cut out the noise.

Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The decor is opulent and has the wow factor.. the place features very interesting art pieces, the furniture is chic and cutlery beautiful. The location is superb - opposite the museum quarter and on a main shopping area. The toiletries, furnishings and fittings are all to a very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay!
