location was amazing. close to everything in an up to 10 minute walk, or none at all. the staff was hospitable to the utmost possible level (Thank you King Eduard and Prince Phillip :-) ), the service and cleanliness in the room were first grade and the smile and personal touch each morning and evening were above and beyond. We whole heartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again

Small hotel with limited facilities but very comfortable and very stylish rooms. The bar served a good breakfast at a very reasonable price. Members of staff were courteous and helpful at all times. Good location right next to the museum quarter and a short walk from some of the major visitor sights.

Hidden from the Main Street making it hard for Uber drivers etc to find. I think the Hotel should have better signage facing the Front on the Main Street.

While public transit was convenient enough, would have preferred it being a little closer. Mariahilfer St can also be pretty crowded with people some days.

Hotel staff were kind and helpful with recommendations. The hotel decor is eclectically chic. Our room was comfortable. We were happy with our stay. Very close to museums quarter.

This boutique hotel was recently gut renovated and has the most beautiful high end finishes. The furniture, colors, window treatments chandeliers are absolutely stunning, there is original artwork everywhere, there are beautiful pieces of art even in the window sills. The place looks like a museum and the guests are treated as “ Kings and Queens”. The bathroom is beautiful spacious with heated porcelain tile floor, heated towel rack , shower with high end products to use, mirrors everywhere Dyson brand hairdryer. There was no money saved on this renovation. This beautiful gem is located in the center of the Vienna, in the famous shopping area, 10 min walking to the Opera , 5-10 min to the museum quarter, all the best restaurants and cafes right at your footsteps. There is gorgeous spa with a steam room and sauna that’s available to all the guests for a relaxed evening after strolling around in the city. The staff is wonderful , and I even had a chance to meet the owner who herself is a lovely person and she explained how the hotel was built with passion and love for the enjoyment of her guests.

I really cannot fault anything.

The design and decoration. The cleanliness. The staff who went the extra mile to make me feel welcome, especially in reception and the breakfast room. And always with a smile. The location was perfect for getting around the city. The tram lines only minutes away. The silence, despite being in the centre. Oh, and the chef's cherry jam!

The reseon I score just 8 although the all positive things I wrote is the main big problem issue: the breakfast! 1. You expect with 4* hotel even if it's a boutique one to get much higher level of breakfast people need to be aware that's it is not a buffet style it's from menu 2. for 25€ per guest you expect to get much .more variety of dishes. In any 4* hotel compared to the average score that's this hotel get you will get a very reach buffet breakfast so you can eat in any time with no waiting and much more possibilities to choose any food products you want. how many coffee or eggs or vegetables and more. and you can seating relax. Personally I was very disappointed regarding the breakfast issue.

There is 3 major positive things in the hotel 1. The location ( those are want to be close to mariahilfer shopping area) 2. The lovely and smiling staff 3. one of things I was definitely like is the small private spa . all you need is book it in advance ( even upon the reception) and you will joy there privately with no any other guests.

Scheduling the spa was a little difficult. It would be better if online booking or reservation system was available. Unfortunately there was a mix up in our spa/massage time. The staff did all they could to resolve.

Gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Love the contemporary art throughout, access to the beautiful spa and charming staff eager to satisfy their guests.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms and the common area have a luxurious feel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The included spa session was a pleasant surprise. The location made it easy to go to museums, restaurants and shopping.

Staff are really friendly, especially Eduard he was really helpful. Hotel was really clean. Even though close to top attractions it wasn’t noisy at all. Nice chilled out bar. Didn’t try out the spa but apparently had a private spa where you book your own time slot and can have a massage. Close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and top sights.
