Location is perfect in fron of the dome. Nice Japanese restaurant. The mayor problem was the temperature in the room. The first one I was shown had 30°C, the others were hardly better. The "coolest" I found was 27°C. Obviously the heating was turned off. Unbearable, I could hardly sleep during my three days stay.

it’s a personal view and others may like the noise and busyness, but it was too much for us. you can’t drive up to the hotel and must park remotely. checking in is on the 6th floor next to the restaurant which is busy and noisy. expensive for the value in all honesty.

The hotel room was really hot. We turned the air conditioning down and had to sleep with the windows open (in December)...I was also dissapointed that the hotel didn't have at least one table for the hotel guests, which we could get for a quick lunch or dinner (in the period from 24th till 26th December). We wanted to make a small celebration for a birthday, but were unlucky.

The hotel is situated right in the city centre, which is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and dining or visiting a classical concert. The hotel serves a good, but expensive breakfast. I can't say anything about the lunch or dinner, since their restaurant was constantly fully booked. We were staying here from the 24th till 27th December, which could be the reason.

Entrance is uninspiring. No lounge area and bar has been converted to a second restaurant. Reception on 6th floor means there is no central hub to the hotel.

There was no "lounge" or communal area so it felt more like a serviced apartment. Reception was in the restaurant which made it noisy and a bit off-putting. The only English language TV channels were world news sites so no entertainment, added to this there was no pay-to-view video offering. The English language radio channels were rather a strange mix - "black country radio"??

The room was quiet, clean and warm. The bed linin and towels were clean and of good quality. We liked the turndown service and extra towels.

Every one needs a coffee or tea maker in the room. Thats the only negative point.

Location is perfect. The hotel did the best and gave us a cathedral view room for my wifes birthday which meant alot to us. A lot of drinks is available in the room to party with so many people😁 Room was well furnished and super quiet although we were in the middle of Viennas bussiest place. Thanks to the Do&Co kind and friendly staff🙏

In the 80s or 90s there was a tendency toward dim, nightclub like hotels, hated it then and hate it now. Corridors are gloomy and I would have preferred brighter lighting in the room. I also didn’t like two minbars in the room and rows of alcohol as a wall feature. No recovering alcoholic could stay here and I felt it detracted from an otherwise very nice room and good hotel experience.

Superb location, right over the road from St. Stephens and the main shopping street of Vienna, yet the room was quiet. Good mattress and bedclothes. Wonderful staff, two excellent restaurants with wonderful views. Step out of hotel and turn left into elevators going into subway.

Location was so convenient, we didn’t loose time at all, most of things are right next door, room was quite spacious, beautiful city view, excellent restaurant, beautiful terrace facing the iconic St.Sthepen’s Cathedral, competitive prices
