How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazingly spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Close to the bus stop. Everything you'll need during your stay is right at your fingertips in this well-designed, well-arranged apartment. It looked like the owners lived there and arranged items according to their needs.

Beside the bathroom, the rest of the apartment is smaller than it looks on the phitos. it’s perfect for up to 4 people. We were family of 5 and if you need to use sofa as a bed, there is no space left for anything else in the living room.
Kitchen has everything needed. Bathroom is quite spacious. Apartment is not in the centre, and if you are planning to do trips around Salzburg, you can easily reach highway and get out of town quickly.

No AC, just a fan type portable Air conditioner which was ok given it is cold & was not a problem for us at all & cold get fresh cold air when open the window.
Very clean & well equipped apartment. I booked single room apartment for a family of five (two adults & three child) and really was good coz the got double sofa bed at setting room which was prepared in advance with lining & pillows (many thanks). We enjoy taking dinner at the terrace. Free parking. Got basement equipped with washing machine, iron, library, little gym & kids play area. Overall very comfortable & good location. They also provide bikes for free to explore nearby.

need to be careful as not all rooms are having AC so need to read carefully the room description and facility. we have stayed on apartment with no air condition. They have provided us with one fan for each room, and they couldn’t help when we asked for additional Fans. I would recommend to book apartments with AC.

lovely apartments, close to public transportation and with free parking I loved the moder decor. in the building there is a living room with games for kids and a sofa and TV right next to it a small gym for the residents and laundry room the room was the same as in the pictures. there was a book for things to do in Salzburg.

Newly Built Apartment with all modern furniture which one needs Neat & Clean !! Kitchen equipped with all utensils & modern equipment's In basement - washmachines , dryer , iron , extra washrooms , A big hall with kids playing area & many games / puzzles , Big Sofa / Tv to lay down & spend some time + Gym area with machines A bit far from OLD city but Bicycles available (free to use) to roam around Bus station at 50m walking distance Train station at 30 min walking distance Grocery store (BILLA) at 5 min walking distance.

Offering free-bikes was impressive and reasonable solution ,having in mind that its 30 min walk from the city-center. Guidance , coffee and instructions were available in apartments as well which was very nice.
