Nothing really, perhaps a few more cups and teabags/milk/sugar in the room but that was provided promptly on request so I would definitely recommend this place

Everything was made perfect for us by the staff. Initially we were given a room that had a separate toilet which didn't suit my partner's needs but Franck was very helpful and moved us to another room. The breakfast was superb and so was the location, the beds very comfortable and everything else was provided on request. We will be back!

Staff were super helpful The location was 100% perfect, so easy to walk to everything. Breakfast was amazing. Free tea/coffee/ juice all day. Beds were comfy. Plenty of dockets in the dining / lounge area. Nespresso machine in room.

(1) The fact that the cleaning staff took my deodorant (and no compensation was offered, but I was asked to pay for the water bottle of EUR 3.50. Ridiculous!) (2) The fact that there were construction workers just outside of my room making significant noise from 06:00am in the morning (3) Room size and lack of bed comfortability

I didnt like the fact that when we arrived to the hotel we had to wait 1 hour because the receptionist went somewhere and it was only the maintenance guy there and he saw me frustrated and offered me coffee. Then another couple came and had the same issues. We all waited for the receptionist to come. Secondly this hotel is not value for money. It is not even a 4 star hotel as mentioned. The room bathroom sink was out of date, colour was off, and in general it is not a 4 star hotel as they call it. The breakfast is SUPER POOR. Probably like. 2* hotel breakfast. We ended up buying things from the supermarket and taking it to the breakfast with us. The juice was horrible from the machine, not sure if they even tasted it.

Location is amazing - not even a 5 minute walk into the centre. Staff were amazing and so helpful - always made us l yummy hot chocolates :) The view from the room of the church was exceptional

Little noisy in the morning, sanitation services picking up trash and being Little noisy with dumpsters. No other dislikes.

We booked this hotel on our trip to Eastern Europe, we stayed in this hotel in Vienna for 4 days. Hotel is located about 5 minutes from city center, very close to shops and restaurants. Accommodation was very good, bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent as well. At the time of our arrival the room wasn't available since we got to the hotel around 8 am. The staff was very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage in their storage area and we went for a nice breakfast in the city. Would highly recommend this hotel. We also arranged our pick up from the airport through the reception desk prior to our arrival / drop off. Would definitely come back.

The room was in a perfect location. It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, so I had a really good sleep. The staff who work at this hotel are lovely. I have no complaints about the hotel at all.

Noise! We faced the street 7th floor the noise was crazy loud.

Concerned that the sliding windows do not have any form of safety/restriction on them When you are 7 floors up and if you had children this would be of great concern

Literally a three minute walk and you are right in the heart of the city and Christmas markets Breakfasts are lovely with so much to choose from Tea and coffee on hand anytime of the day The rooms are so tidy ,compact and have everything you need for a pleasant stay They are cleaned daily with replacement of towels

The cleanliness of this hotel was a huge let down, okay granted it’s isn’t a luxury hotel- but it’s not what you would call a cheap hotel at €260 a night I would expect that on the 5 nights of our stay the bathroom would be mopped, the counter wiped but no. The e cleaners come do the bed and are out nothing is done re cleaning no care in the detail the sewing kit was open and other just careless small things which if was checked and done would make the whole experience better because it’s a lovely little hotel in a lovely location.

The breakfast was great really good selection, cold cut meats, boiled eggs, cheeses yogurts fruits olive’s vegetables breads cakes cereals and hot food. Really good value for money and the lady who works at the breakfast is fantastic. The lobby staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic! You’re a 10 minute walk away from absolutely everything shopping restaurants sight seeing train station we loved the location. It’s worth staying at this hotel for the location.

Small problem with my key card that stopped working for 2 times, however it was immediately changed at the reception. Nothing that would prevent me from staying in the hotel again.:-)

Location: Elaya Vienna City Center hotel is a small cosy hotel located really in Vienna city center approx 2 minutes of walking from Stephansplatz. Comfort: Hotel si very comfortable with everything you need for a few days stay in Vienna. Rooms are clean and well equipped (wifi, TV (40+ programs), spacious bathroom with shower. I appreciate that toilet was separated from bathroom. I find the beds very comfortable with soft mattress, however somebody who is not used to a soft matress could feel uncomfortable (not my case:-)). Breakfast: served coffee/tea, great choice of everythingy starting from tasty scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, choice of bakery products including macaroon and fresh croissants, homemade yoghurt with fruits. I enjoyed breakfast very much. Staff: very nice/polite and helpful Parking: unfortunately no parking place directly next to the hotel, however you can park in front of the hotel for unload the luggage and then drive 5 minutes to parking house at Franz_Josefs-Kai. 10 minutes of walk. It is better to pay for the parking in the hotel (EUR 35 per day) than in the garage directly (EUR 40 per day).

Run down. Weird loud humming noise in room 101. Small awkward windows. No conditioner. Did not replace amenities. 1 complimentary water that was not replaced. 1 elevator stuck on 9 th floor because of cleaning staff. Asked to cancel airport transfer and assured that it was cancelled but it wasn’t.

The night concierge was amazing!!! He made us dinner reservations at restaurants that were near impossible to get into.
