The hotel all in all is wonderful. Newly refurbished and it gives you that feeling too. All staff are welcoming, and the bar is nice and cosy. The food was superb, breakfast and dinner. The spa is amazing! literally amazing. The rooms were nice and spacious and the bathroom was lovely too. The shuttle bus down to the slopes makes the trip bettet too. All in all well worth the 10 rating! Thank you

Our double room was very small. Also, the evening meals were not a good value for money. I ordered rabbit with polenta for our first dinner at the hotel. The rabbit was too salty, polenta was both very heavy (perhaps too much butter was added) and salty. For our second dinner, we ordered fondu. It was too boozy - perhaps too much white wine was added? The chef needs to up her game.

Breakfasts were brilliant, with a good choice of healthy options. The hotel has been recently refurbished and everything looks clean, new, and modern. The spa is fantastic.

Only negative would be the walk up from town as it’s a steep incline and the room is a little small and we had to share a balcony.

Property is lovely, beds are exceptionally comfortable! The food in the restaurant is fabulous, exquisite! Everything had been cooked and presented beautifully. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

My room had a strange set up where the bathroom and entrance was compined and the shower vent switched on with the light and was quite noisy but everything else was the best of quailty.

Superb hotel, exellent spa, the best staff. Good service! Nice shuttle service to the ski lifts.

Kids under 18 wearing their swimsuits were in the adult only spa. Spa was only open at 14:00 and wasn’t even warm by that time. Pool was cold and jets not working. Long climb to get to and get back from town. Otherwise great hotel!

absolutely stunning and amazing hotel. gorgeous design, modern but also traditional with innovative interpretations of materials, layouts and details. The spa is world class, the view absolutely stunning, the staff is a family and you kind of are around them but still by yourself. I cannot recommend it enough. the food was extraordinary, I am not even a foody, but anyone in love with food has to go eat there.

Nothing, everything’s perfect here!

It’s beautiful here, perfectly placed in a quit environment while there’s just a short walk to city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and you’ll be provided with everything you need. Also, the whole hotel, including the rooms smells absolutely amazing!! The here is so good, with a pool, several saunas, infrared saltroom and even a steam room. Very worth the visit, and we’re definitely coming back here at least once a year!
