This is a super nice hostel in downtown Tarija 😊 the owner and the staff are amazing and can help you with getting around Tarija and everything else! The common area has a lot of space for relaxing and spending nice evenings with the other guests and also the staff 😁 totally recommended!

The room was extremely hot with a very small window to open, at least there was a fan. The staff could be more friendly, and they occupied the Patio and the hammock so the guests needet to put up with the halfinside part - which is not so nice on a hot day.

Rooms could be a bit bigger but are still very nice

5 stars especially because of the owner. He organises tours like kayaking and winery. We did a winery tour with him. It was a full day of fun, stories about wine and the region and driving from vineyard to vineyard. He adjusted the schedule according to our requests. I coundnt have asked for anything more. It was perfect! Muchas gracias Luis!

Very nice hostal. The staff is always there to help. They let you in at any time. I got there very early in the morning and they gave me my bed straight away. The hostal is very clean. The breakfast is great(eggs, toast, banana, oats, yogurt…)

Great location and very friendly staff. I was allowed to enter the hostel early in the morning and stay in the common room as my night bus arrived around 5am from Sucre. They also helped me book a taxi to Parada del Norte when I was checking out on Sunday. There's also a plug socket and a light beside each bed which was handy.

Dorm rooms are not very spacious - there is no lockers or real storage space. I.e. it gets messy when there's more than two people. Staff do not know much about the area.

Very comfortable beds and great blankets (thick and soft) provided! Staff is very nice and friendly!

The showers were lukewarm and there were mosquitoes in the rooms and bathrooms.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, especially with tours. They even held by bags for me for free while I went on a tour, before catching a night bus. The bed were comfortable and warm. The common areas are nice for socializing, though there were not many people in the hostel. The wifi was good. Everything is in walking distance and it's a nice town to walk around in.

I could check in at 7am because my bus arrived early in the morning. The bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The staff helped me with everything I needed. The location is great since it's very close to the main square and everything you need. Would highly recommend staying here!

Not the hostels fault, but when I stayed, the construction works next door go on from 8 - 18h and disrupt the otherwise quiet environment. If not for that, I would have stayed longer :)

The door to our dorm didn't work, so we couldn't close it. The staff tried the next day with some tools but they couldn't fix it. A lot of noise from the street facing window and for me it was very cold at night. There are no lockers, so you just gotta trust everyone. I put the bag under the bed, and it was all dusty when I took I out, so maybe a bit more thorough cleaning would be nice.

Good location, staff was nice and helpful. Good size kitchen, pretty well equipped! Great breakfast! Soap and toiletpaper in bathrooms!

The mattress was rather uncomfortable, the lock for our room was broken so it remained unlocked for our stay. The shower was getting flooded coz the drain wasn't working well.

super super basic breakfast in very unclean kitchen. staff seem to socialise and relax there and generally be a bit irritated by your requests or questions. they didn’t know about the bus to conception which we found ourselves in the end. Wine being the main reason for tourism I would say knowing how to get to the wineries is worth knowing. the room was not clean with some very dodgy stains on the wall.
