Absolutely the best services in the hotel, design rooms, stunning view from the room balcony, wonderful wellness and top delicious kitchen

Nothing really other than possibly the breakfasts were a little inconsistent (sometimes they had smoked salmon and bacon other days they didn’t)

The door to door bus service made the hotels location very good. It wasn’t that far to walk to the town/lifts anyway but it was a nice option.

The jacuzzi should be warmer and may be with less chemicals (I felt my eyes unpleasant because of this) and we lacked clean tea cups in the spa in the late afternoon, some variety of the breakfast would be appreciated.

The room is nice and clean, the location is amazing. You also recive the free pass for the cable chair and that gives you a full day of activities.

it’s 10 minutes walk to the ski lift, but you can take the free shuttle service.

it’s a beautiful hotel overlooking the ski slopes from the opposite hill. The design modern and cosy, and the staff is very kind and responsive. The Spa is nice, and the bar as well with options for mid day and late night snacks. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices.

If the hotel would have an evening restaurant, it would have been perfect.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, wide variety of fresh products, really perfect. And the Hotel staff was super nice and friendly, very supportive. Plus charging possibilities for Electric Vehicles!!

- very limited choices for evening meal - just a few bar snacks (carbs-based with no fresh vegetables) - no child menu or child-friendly options for bar snacks - no mini fridge in the room to keep medicines or any snacks or any cold drinks for the room - for a 4* hotel this facility should be expected - no kettle or possibility to make a tea or coffee in the room - for a 4* hotel this facility should be expected - very limited available toiletries in bathroom, of basic range (and we run out of soap very quickly!) - expensive stay for what was offered with the room - cold water in the swiming pool

Unpleasant incident: We are proud Israelis . At the first day breakfast me and my family were not allowed to sit in the main, centered, room. I insisted to be sited there, and after an unpleasant argument, with no having any justified explanation, the staff finally gave up. I could put this incident behind me, BUT: Surprisingly, the family sitting at the nearby table, Israelis as well, told us that they have encountered the same episode. Thought provoking coincidence. It should be said that except this case, we felt very comfortable while staying three nights at this hotel.

An excellent hotel. The building, the rooms, the location, the view, the rich breakfast.... Out of four hotels we visited this trip, the Forellenhof was the best.

Located in the edge of Flachau, on top of a hill - we used our car whenever going out for dinner.

Modern room, nicely decorated and spacious enough to comfortably serve our family of 5 (2 kids + 1 baby in crib). Staff members were kind and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Good breakfast with a nice variety. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were great.

We rent 2 rooms: 1 for us, 1 for the kids with their granma'. I understand that in the breakfast room there is space for family with childrens, but for us, staing with small kids, when ours have 14 & 16 years, could not meat the required zen mood. We ask to change the table because of the noise and they told us twice that is not possible. They've change it but the situation have been a little umpleaseanr for us What we did not liked also is that the treatment for German native speakars was different. With the others like us, even we have paid the same money, it was only a cold nice one. We was in Austria maybe 10 times already and some hotels treat us as it should be, the niceyest way like every other guest, but not in this hotel. :(

Good location. Very good breakfast. Could be a little more diversified, 5 days the same things. Rooms ok. Cleaning every day. (They should first use the vacuum cleaner in the bathroom, too much hair from others remaning from using only the pad).

A well designed, spacious and comfortable room. A nice, varied breakfast buffet and a nice bar in the evening. Walking distance to many great restaurants. To the slopes you can take the ski bus which stops right at the door...

They said they have a gym but it wasn’t really a gym.. no dumbbells if you are interested. The pool and the hut tub weren’t hot enough for my opinion.

Not something critical… Maybe add a coffee machine in the room, and during a long stay change bed linen and towels.

This hotel has it all! Good breakfast, amazing view of the mountains, spa facilities for rainy days, a cool courtyard to drink beer or coffee in. The hotel staff was always smiling and made sure everything was fine with us.
