The hotel was clean and modern, and room was spacious enough. Friendly staff and location was pretty good, not in the busy centre but still easily reachable by a 7 minute walk to the metro station. There was also a nice selection for breakfast.

Bedding is rather soft Terminal check in is efficient but impersonal like the hotel staff. Noisy talkative personnel who take coffee breaks below room windows

The only downside is the lack of a fridge but other than that it was the perfect stay.

Very good location, exceptional value for money. Good breakfast, amazing coffee. Room was a bit small but very comfortable. The room and the hotel were both squeaky clean and the security was very good although the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Very good breakfast, you can have it indoors or outdoors weather permitting watching ducks walking nearby (on the private grounds). Healthy options for tea lovers. Not too far from all landmarks.

The bathroom could be cleaner. The shower handle was broken. The hotel looks like it is after renovation but we didn't mind that much. A little bit far away from the city centre, but the underground stop is close, also you can rent a city bike.

The hotel was very nice. We appreciated the possibility of having breakfast in the garden with the view of animals. The room was clean. There were cups, coffee and tea.

This apartment has a good location to go to Zakopane and other surrounding sightseeing places. Very clean and everything is equipped for our staying. The living room with kitchen is downstair and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Even though it's summer, you don't feel hot at all.

The bathroom was not very clean. There was hair and dust from the previous occupants. I asked the front desk to get it cleaned, but they never cleaned it.

So the hotel is awsome! I begin the description by saying that there is a huge garden in which doe and fawn roam freely. There are squirrels, ducks, peacocks and squirrels. It is important to note that eating and entering this park is prohibited. BUT the outside of the restaurant is literally inside it and the doe comes to you. We came to explore Vienna, we didn't spend much time in the rooms, but my observation is that they are clean, nice and welcoming. Naturally, I'm a former athlete, I'm not pretentious, I'm used to spartan conditions - precisely because of this, I really liked the room. The breakfast has absolutely everything you need with quality products, and the liquid chocolate is Nutella! The service from the reception, through the restaurant, to the service staff - perfect. The Lottery is a maximum of 7-8 minutes walk from all possible means of transport to Vienna, without a ship. The hotel is quiet, in a quiet neighborhood. If I come again, I will look for this hotel! Last but not least - the booking price was brutal!

Beautiful deer park adjacent to the hotel, part of the property. Obviously guests could not mingle with the wildlife but it was wonderful to be at such close quarters with excellent viewing. Large, spacious extremely clean rooms, tiled corridors. Beautiful breakfast spread - could be eaten on the terrace overlooking the deer park. Kettle for making hot drinks is a nice touch - not standard in Austria.

Arriving late means there are not many options for food around the hotel (note it is very far from centre city). It would be nice to have more snacks in the vendor machines.

This is a high quality accommodation. Our room was exceptional, clean, comfortable, spacious enough. Nothing more I could have asked for. As a bonus, having breakfast in the garden with deers running around was a proper meditation after a long drive.

The check in process is horrible. After standing for a long time in the queue the receptionist told me to use the machine. Quite modern, but we want the good service when we travel, and checking in yourself in an expensive hotel is not it.

The property is situated quite close to different subway stations, which facilitates the mobility. But the main highlight is the beautiful garden where you can relax and observe wild animals (deers). They are quite friendly and even come to greet you.:) The room is quite comfortable and the air conditioner makes all the difference when you travel during a heat wave in Europe. I recommend it!

No instant coffee in the bedroom. A coffee machine was available, but it would have been good to have the choice. No table in the room for working with the laptop.

The breakfast is superb as well as the overall condition of the room and the bathroom.

I felt bad because of air freshener. Maybe I should've asked a non-smoking room. The hotel layout is strange and my room was located behind the door.

This budget hotel is a hidden gem. It's located in easily walkable distance from the train station. The breakfast is better than average even serving chocolate cake (Sacher Torte)! The room is average, but I was amazed at the value despite expensive price in Vienna.
