Most of the hiking trails were on the other side of town so you have to travel a bit to get to them. But the bus travel is easy.

The sauna facilities were amazing! The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was great. Easy to get to town with the bus. Supermarkets very close to the hotel.

The staff who wasn't really a receptionist during our check out did not really understand of what she was doing during the payment with credit card. If you dont see the actual receptionist then I suggest you better wait for them rather than allow the staff from other role to proceed with your transaction.

We booked 2 types of room, one for 3 people and we got the room with 2 bedrooms inside and they were quite spacious. Another room was for 2 people with better amenities given. We had the best breakfast here compared to the rest of our 15 days trip that we been staying at many hotels. The variety and the quality were so great. The view from our room with 2 bedrooms inside were also really beautiful in the morning.

No AC, so the window had to stay open, which is fine but it was a quite warm, humid night so it was tough to sleep. Also, all of Europe seems to provide a comforter but no sheet. So, it's either a very warm comforter or nothing. The front desk staff was kind enough to locate a fan for us, so that made it much nicer.

This hotel has a lot to offer. We didn't even get a chance to take advantage of all the amenities. The free Breakfast was very good and the area to enjoy your food was very peaceful. We really enjoyed out time here.

The room was a bit cramped for two people and had hazardous shelving directly over the single beds.

The location is lovely and peaceful with walks starting from the doorstep. Lansersee, a nearby lake is beautiful and worth a visit. Transport is very efficient.

The walls between rooms were surprisingly thin so we could hear the entire conversation from the people next door. Also didn’t love that the door to the bathroom doesn’t offer much privacy, plus there was someone’s makeup on the robe from a previous stay.

Beautiful location with proximity to a cute little swimming lake, view of the mountains and fields, truly stunning. Loved the rustic charm with modernized facilities and the employees at the front desk and the restaurant were so lovely!

Nothing really, maybe just a suggestion to arrange for a baby changing station in the men’s bathroom too, it’s 2023 after all ;) Some elements of the room decor and bathrooms are a bit outdated but it is consistent with the rest of the interior so it didn’t bother us at all. Hotel seems to be fully booked most of the time and the staff is doing their best to keep up with the flow but sometimes it is simply too busy, e.g. there were no clean cups left in the pool area around the dinner time.

We love it from the beginning to the end - location, food, staff, children facilities, and especially pool, everything was in line with a high overall standard. In fact - dinner was mind blowing! It was excellent one night stop on our way to Italy and although a bit pricy totally worth the money.

wonderful little village next to Innsbruck, very scenic, however careful with the transportation. Barely got a hold of a taxi number, and no bolt or uber available. bus transfer to Innsbruck is very good, takes around half of hour. the hotel has a lot, for how big it is. pool, saunas, spa area. also, the restaurant was very good, would recommend. we were able to pay by card in the hotel, but bring cash, as if needed, the first atm machine might be in the next village. all in all, we really enjoyed. very good breakfast also. we had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, and it was fully stocked. shower, no tub, hair drier, and a small fridge in one of the rooms.we did the nordkette trail, 6 hours in the alps, it was amazing. bus can take you there to start the trail, takes about 40-50 minutes to get to the start point (as 2 busses might have to be taken), but we had a car. the place is really a good compromise if you want something fancy, but not in the city.

Check-in was a bit...strange. Something was going on but the staff was trying not to let it show? Regardless, it wasn't a warm welcome. This is more of a family hotel, and we booked it more as a romantic get-away. Not their fault, but the pool was constantly full and the children left a mess that was still there when we went at night. Would be nice if they extended pool hours during the summer and when lots of people use it. Overall, I feel we paid too much for the experience we got.

Rooftop pool was the highlight! The breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. Plenty of free parking.
