Great hotel in a convenient location in the centre of Innsbruck old town. The room was very comfortable and stylish but still had lots of historic features. Breakfast was superb and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The reception is on the top floor which is more than a little confusing and makes guests checking in and out more difficult as they have to always use the lift.

Only thing is if you get a room near the top/roof-level bar, there is noise until late night. We didn't find it to be a massive problem to be honest

The staff were super accommodating and helpful when we had to extend our stay because my fiance injured himself on the ski slopes. The rooms are very modern and clean; location is pretty good

Our room (although beautiful) was very warm - hot even - and there was no way to make it cooler. As our window faced the main public area, leaving it opened was very noisy. A small price to pay for such a lovely hotel stay though.

It was perfectly located in the old town. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Although the location, the staff and the rooms were very good, the only bad thing was that we were staying on the fifth floor and you could hear the noise from the bar the hotel has on the sixth floor. Also when someone was closing the door of their rooms, the door is so heavy that we could feel it to our room. So we would suggest better noise isolation for the fifth floor.

Small things that would have got a higher score; the decor is stylish but quite stark, no tea/coffee facilities in room and the bathroom has not done well with the design, the sink was looking particularly tired and worn. Although the view from the balcony is nice, you do have to look at it through pigeon wire (although we get why) so we don't feel it was worth it. The bar gets very busy so the queue for the lift took a while. We needed to check out slightly later (we wanted 30 mins) as I had a work call, and were being charged €20 for the hour which was a shame, as I have stated in many other hotels around the world who have not charged for this amount of time. Naturally we then laboured on our exit as we were paying for it None of the above should put you off staying here though and we would stay again but these snags are why it doesn't get a higher score.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in the old town. It has stylish decor including a nice bar area. You check in at the bar then make your way to the rooms. We appreciated the friendly check in and complimentary drink on arrival which we were able to defer to after dinner as we arrived around 8pm and very hungry. The room was stylishly decorated and the bed comfortable. We were upgraded through booking.com to a balcony room. All in all this is a good option for Innsbruck city centre and the Stiftskeller restaurant around the corner is great for authentic Austrian food.

The pillows - too soft or too high Curtain was obstructed by the beam which let the light in right on your face in the morning ☹️

This place was AMAZING!! 10/10!!! Incredible location, beautiful decor, views for breakfast upstairs out of this world - best cocktail bar I’ve been to! Lots of people trying to get in on Friday/Saturday night but they always make room for hotel guests. Room was comfy and clean. Value was great! Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Every time we pass through Innsbruck we stay at this beautifully designed, modern, clean and tidy hotel. Situated in the center of Innsbruck, and offers “home-like” feeling and one of the best breakfasts I’ve experienced in an hotel, with an amazing staff and management. An astounding stay in Innsbruck, every time.

I didn’t love the open shower in the room. I was sharing with my daughter and the lack of door could make someone feel uncomfortable. And the water didn’t get very hot.

Staff was amazing, so welcoming and personable. The breakfast was delicious and had great options from buffet and menu. The room was comfortable and the hotel itself smelled good in the shared spaces.
