Probably it was inevitable given the hotel's central Altstadt location, but the parking in a commercial garage was quite expensive and some way away, The hotel's breakfast was relatively expensive

Firstly, a special mention for the two women we had dealings with at reception. Both could not have been more helpful and welcoming, The hotel is in an excellent location at the heart of Insbruck's wonderful Altstadt. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was my fourth stay there and this hotel never disappoints. Everything is perfect - location, hotel interior and exterior, good breakfast and friendly staff.

I have no complaints about this hotel.

This hotel is a great location, easy to reach from parking. The building is beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very nice with a well appointed bathroom and it was air conditioned. There was a bad heat waved during our visit and the AC made for a lovely stay. Good breakfast buffet.

Breakfast costs 23 euro which seems ridiculously high, so we did not pay for that. But otherwise a great place

The location is amazing, just down the street from the Golden Roofs. Everything is an easy walk and the resteraunt in the hotel is great. The rooms are a good size for being in the historic center and they are very modern and comfortable. The staff was helpful and they offer pro-rated parking nearby.

Parking! Is not easy to get there during peak hours with many of the streets turned off. IN bad weather with a lot of luggage it can be a challenge,

An amazing property at the heart of the old city. Excellent and recent renovation that makes the slightly smaller rooms very comfortable. The Bath room are large and very well appointed. The restaurant on the proliferate was also really good.

This was our second stay at the BW Plus Goldener Adler Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from the Golden Roof and right in Innsbruck's Old Town. Our room was not large but was fine for a short stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant one evening - the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and very nicely furnished. The location is absolutely top - exactly in the center. The staff on the reception were always very friendly, so that we felt very welcome!

It would have been nice to have had an occasional table to go with the two chairs for somewhere to sit and relax other than on the bed. There was a nice bar area but poor selection of drinks. We stopped in for a nightcap one evening but they didn't have any of our preferred drinks.

In the heart of the Altstadt, it is a great base. Also convenient for public transport connections to get into the mountains. The room was the usual size for a double. Breakfast was excellent. Huge choice of meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, etc. and great cooked food. The scrambled eggs and bacon were excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful like a family hotel should be.
