When I checked out I was asked if I had used the minibar, no was my answer. However a beer and white wine was on my tab!! I was alone in my room and out that evening in question and the problem was not resolved and they had required a 30€ deposit when I checked in that was on my credit card. Still do not know if the drinks will be deducted.!!!

As with other hotels in an old city downtown, parking was difficult. The designated public parking lot is a bit away (750m). The hotel itself is also difficult to reach by a car. I went around the downtown five times to locate the hotel, but in vain. Even if you have navigation, whether built-in or mobile, it is difficult to follow its instructions while driving unless you are once familiarized to the roads on foot. Driving between the hotel and a parking lot is also a nightmare. Another problem is that they don't have a working desk. There was a small round table, on which a laptop can hardly be placed. Therefore, if you have a car or if the purpose of your travel is work, you may have to rethink about it. Otherwise everything else is above the standards.

The location was the best. Just near the Stephansdom. Although the room was small (16m^2), the bed was large (a double bed for a single room) and very comfortable. The staff was all friendly. Considering the size of the room, it was soundproofed sufficiently. Housekeeping was efficient; they never put off their work till afternoon.

Room was very hot and our windows opened out onto the street so it was noisy. Air conditioning was not working. Hotel team explained the weather was unseasonably hot and they hadn't turned on the air conditioning yet.

Fabulous location close to major attractions. Lovely old world feel to hotel lovely restaurant attached to hotel and plenty of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants nearby

It has no ironing appliance and the space between the toilet and bed is too tight that is making it less comfortable to move around.

The toilet was separate from the main bathroom. There was a bathtub with no separate shower area. The mattress wasn't very comfortable.

Hotel is very traditional and very loudly. The bed was noisy, you can hear sounds from other's toilets which is not convenient.

They were working in the building next door I think, so weekdays I was waking up early because of the drills and in the weekend the cleaning lady started vacuuming the hall at around 9 'o clock which was also not nice. So there was no morning where i could snooze properly.

Breakfast was oké, staff was nice. Location was great. Room was tiny but clean.

The heating isn't work really well. Till I staying there, Vienna is snowing and the heating isn't make the room warmer, it's really cold inside the room although you turn on the heating. There's no hot options for a/c, only cold one. Room was small, not much room to put my luggages. Bathroom was also very narrow.

Very lovely room with nice furnitures although it's smaller than I expect. Really good location, in the heart of Vienna, can walk to the main tourist places and also near by the Vienna Opera House. The bed was comfort. Breakfast is decelious with friendly staffs.

The rooms need some refreshing

Nice hotel in the heart of the city, near to everything. Old building but very clean , calm and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and service. We had a dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious

Coffee machine in the room.its more flexible if its a kettle.

The hotel is right at center of Vienna,so you can walk easily to places.

No tea and coffee facilities. Beds a little to firm. TV to small for room with only 2 English channels
