The room was a bit hot, even when we switched off the heating. I don’t think there was aircon. The standard room has limited closet space, and is a bit small, the water was not replenished in the fridge.

Excellent hotel all round, impossible to find a fault! One of the best breakfast buffets ever, everything fresh and good quality (al least 10 types of juices and smoothies, for instance), tasty and interesting dinner (half board), good wine list and signature cocktails. Amazing pool (25 meters for the outdoor one), and I was on my own most of the time. Ski bus reliable and fast, we never waited much.

The room was very spacious with a big terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the spa facilities were very nice. Just be aware that the sauna and steam room area for adults only are clothing free (towels and robes are provided) The staff was very attentive and helpful, arranging for dinner reservations and transportation to town and the ski lifts. I will highly recommend this property

Elegant mountain hotel with spacious rooms, helpful staff and great ambiance. The spa area is rather large and the facilities are clean. The gym is modern. Recommended.

- small bathroom - location outside of Kitzbühel. but they offered a shuttle every 30min - the water temperature in the inside/ouside pool was not warm enough - you were freezing outside - the staff was not particularly helpful, it took 10 min to explain to the lady at the reception (on the phone) that we need to know the time the next shuttle leaves from the city to the hotel - expensive parking and not helpful staff - we were charged 30EUR/night even though our booking confirmation said 20EUR/night and the staff refused to help us in this matter, saying that booking.com has messed up their prices..

- the room was beautiful - beautiful yoga room - daily activities - from sports, such as yoga, pilates, etc to outdoors - hiking etc included in the price - ski equipment rental at the property - great and varied breakfast - the spa was perfect, with different types of saunas

Include the parking price in the room rate and avoid charging it as extra.

Even though the hotel is isolated and there is probably no place to leave the car nearby, they charge 30 EUR for the parking; more importantly noone mentioned that during booking or check-in, we realised that at check-out!

The parking on the machine said €20, but the front desk said it was €30 in the winter. That was the only downside as it cost more than I thought.

What’s not to like about this property? There was Glühwein in the evenings during winter, rooms were luxurious and comfortable, the spa area was amazing and the mix of saunas was incredible. The pool was amazing and the bonus outdoor pool area was an awesome touch. Half board was amazing and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen. Staff was super friendly as well!

1. The lights in the suite turn on and off in a complicated way in groups (not individually) through a screen without english menu. 2. The ski rental in the hotel gave us crappy skis. When i returned them 2 days earlier because they where truly so bad, and simply asked for store credit (not a refund) they declined and offered me not in a polite way another pair of crappy skis.

Everything was almost perfect except for minor details! The staff very polite and willing to help. The location is good for a hotel outside Kitzbühel! The rooms are clean and most of the facilities new!

Everything !!! A cozy 5 star Hotel which allowed me to bring my dog ( 2kg). Room was exceptional, very good breakfast! Personal all very Kind ! Dinner very nice and not expensive! Even the owner was working !
