The personnel at the reception does not want to speak English. It seems that they are very determined to speak only German. I do not know why, but it looked like a form of German paternalism. Even after I have several times drawn their attention to the fact that I do not speak German, they talked to me in this language, also when checking out. It was rather irritating. The hotel also has some obtrusive way of flooding the guests with notifications and emails, yes, you guess properly, in German, which is annoying in double, first taking into consideration the number of messages; second, they are only in German. Finally, the service of online check-in they offer (of course, the instruction is only in German) does not simply work on their website and is (of course) in German. It is also not clear why they insist on online check-in before arrival as (apart from this that the online procedure does not work) there are two people sitting at the reception, not having much to do.

We stopped for one night in this hotel traveling for holidays in the South. We thought it would be convenient to stop there, but unfortunately, the hotel does not have enough places in parking, and it seems they did not even try to arrange one for us. From the beginning of the correspondence before the stay, we were informed that they would not have arranged a place in the parking for us. We had to search for a parking place in nearby streets.

Quite outdated room, I would say it needs a refreshing. Parking was all full, so we had to park the car 10 min away at public garage. Breakfast has a small variety. Too much paper work upon check in. Too expensive room for this hotel. Will never stay here again.

I'm, not sure if there is something that I really liked. Location was quite okay, 20 min walk from city center.

The room was quite pricey, but wasn't really worth the money. Together with almost 100 euro per night (without breakfast) we were asked to pay the city tax (20 euros for two person) when we checked out. It would be better to know what to expect in terms of additional payments in advance rather than get this information at 6 o'clock in the morning.

Uncomfortable stay - bed have some wheels, several times during the night I had to wake up and move the bed back to the normal position. But the real problem was in pile of dust under the bed - because of easy moved bed, piloow felt down to the floor, and it cought lot of dust and spider web, and it become useless (luckily there was ona more pillow on the bed) In the bathroom lightning is very poor, and it is not easy to shave. guys, please put some more lights in the mirror area.

Breakfast was OK, garage is convenient. Room looks nice on the first glance, before flaws pop up. Location is not bad.

Friendly and polite staff, perfect breakfast! Parking availability , either the hotel's or across the street on public parking. Reasonable distance from city center. Clean and huge room, comfy and large bed! Need to say more?

Nothing I didn't like. really.

The whole hotel is high-standards and very clean and comfortable. Staff is super helpful as actually I had a mistake in booking dates but they found a solution for me so I could still stay as needed.

The breakfast was very good. the location is great, just above a Tram station that gets you to the city center in a few minutes. we like the hotel very much and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

clean and comfortable room, bed. nice bathroom, I could take bath with pleasure. Breakfast is incredible: the have salmon, Brie cheese, blue cheese, a lot of fruits, crispy small croissants. breakfast I would rate 10000/10 room was so quiet and silent (windows from inner yard)

Nice, modern hotel very close to the city center. They offer amazing breakfast with a variety of delicious goods. The receptionists were helpful and kind at all hours. If we ever come back to Graz (as we plan to), we’ll definitely stay here again!

It was really smelly and filthy. I kept sneezing because of the dust rising when you walk around the room. The area behind TV had what looked like a carpet of dirt, it was ridiculous. To make matters worse, the hotel "saves the environment" by cleaning every second day.
