We stayed at this hotel so many times I lost count. They already know us there. So that shows how much we love it. It is the perfect hotel in the whole of Salzburg. Clean, comfortable, staff is very friendly and nice. Very helpful. Breakfast is amazing. Private parking on site…We never stay anywhere else if we need to go to that part of the world

The AC was very difficult to understand and we couldn't get it to stay on longer than about 15 minutes which meant the room was very warm at night.

We loved the breakfast, the staff and the style of the hotel. we thought the room was a great size and all the extra touches in the room were lovely. Food in the restaurant was delicious!

I would have appreciated a comfortable chair in my room. The hard wooden chair was ok for sitting at the desk, but to relax and look out to the garden it was not comfortable.

I liked the view of the gardens from my room. Having stayed at the property before I had asked for a room with garden view. The breakfast is exquisite.

No complaints. Everything was perfect

The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and welcoming. They even put a bottle of wine and a card in our room for my birthday while we were out! I didn't even mention it was my birthday. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the marketplatz was within walking distance. Breakfast was also really good.

Felt it was expensive for what it offered eg charged 30 euros a night for extra cleaning due to dog, but room not cleaned only towels changed. Generally expensive.

Everything in this hotel has been done with the greatest care and attention. From the superb breakfast (where the owner takes the time to personally talk to every guest) to the excellent sauna, everything has clearly been done with real thought. Everyone who works there greets the guests with friendliness and all went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It’s short and pleasant walk into the Old Town and, while not a cheap stay is absolutely value for money. A lovely hotel I would highly recommend

Just a small thing but hotels usually at this price point provide body cream in the bathroom. It just would have been nice to have this but the little chocolate on the bed every night was a special touch.

We loved staying here and as we had exceptional weather we hired 2 E-bikes and rode around Salzburg and the wonderful reception staff at the hotel gave us a map to show us all the sites worth seeing and we managed to see them all. We had a hire car and parking was made available for us which was also very convenient.

Breakfast was superb, staff was very friendly. Rooms and restaurant/breakfast area rooms and breakfast area is full of daylight and modern decorated. The neighborhood was quiet & residential. We saw some cool shops and went to the oldest biergarten which is very close to the hotel for dinner. Location is easy to reach from the train station by taxi.

Always an excellent breakfast plus it is available until 1100 am which is a definite bonus! Very good location just off the centre but within easy walk of everywhere. Rooms are comfortable with coffee/tea making facilities.

Found it uncomfortably warm inside the hotel dining areas.

Stylish, cozy and so welcoming. Delicious breakfast array with plenty of healthy choices including actually good gluten free bread. Lovely bar for a pre-dinner drink.
