The rooms are not huge but ours was perfect for my stay with my daughter. Both of us are small and we had no problem with the bed. Maybe not ideal for travellers that need a bigger bed size.

    Super friendly staff. Outstanding location

The carpets in the room smelled musty. The room had a really awkward layout. There was no proper space to open up our suitcases due to the layout and we ended up opening them on the corridor after the door. The coffee/tea machine was not working for the first two days.

It was very close to the Boston Marathon bus loading and finish line, which was the primary purpose for staying there.

Great hotel in a great location. for a short stay.

Sadly, no lounge area for sitting, waiting, having a cup of coffee or tea or to chat with a colleague, family member, etc. No breakfast or food was offered. No refrigerator or microwave. Not providing breakfast No possibility to get coffee or thee. Only suggest it would be helpful to have a little kitchen on the basement where you could have a utensil station so that we could make our drinks ourselves.

It is conveniently located in Boston’s Theather District in the hearth of downtown. The location is 5 min walk away from Boston Common and everything else you would need is in walking distance. They had a 24h front desk and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in mixed dorm room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bed equipped with it's own privacy curtains. En suite bathroom was immaculate as were the linens and the room in general. Secure locker provided for each individual. Extremely comfortable mattress and perfect temperature for a restful sleep. The bathroom was always stocked with plenty of towels. Boston is a quite expensive city. As the room had all the basic amenities I am glad that I booked it.

The staff really made this stay memorable. They were very kind and went to extra mile to be friendly and give me travel tips and assist with making a mid-night cup of tea at check-in. Thank you so much to the team at Found Hotel!

It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room. Minifridge is always a good thing to have as well. The room needs some ventilation.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom has toiletries which is always nice to have. Staff during the day hours was very helpful . there is a security box in the room. Public Parking was very close.

The property is dated and showing its age and wear… the carpet in my room was disgusting, faded and old. The bathroom was clean, smelled of bleach (which I loved) but the floor of the shower moved when I stepped on it.

The location is great, close to restaurants, shopping etc.

Personally don't love a top sheet, blanket, second top sheet situation.

Room was a great size with large suitcases and still plenty of floor space. Still cold in March and we were warm and cozy! Bathroom was also spacious and lovely design - exceeded expectations. Close to public transport stations and the Common.

Great location, short walk to park and China town area. Lots of eateries nearby. Only suggest I think is to have hot water station on the basement where you have utensil station. So that we can make hotel drinks ourselves.

Poor sound isolation. You can hear about everything going on in neighboring rooms and the entrance lobby, on top of (what I assume were) the water/gas pipes in the walls were making tons of noise. Make sure to bring earplugs or noise-canceling earware.

Helpful personnel. The room is very cramped but for the price the location and available necessities are great.

Carpet feels a bit old, the room feels old with visible pipes on the ceiling. Someone walked into my room by mistake even though I had the sign “do not disturb” on my door.

I know that our room rate wasn't exorbitant, but...this is the smallest room we have ever had, at the Found! It would be okay for 1 guest; it was tricky for two people. We will be mindful of this, in the future.

The staff is always incredibly helpful. Both clerks/concierges went out of their way to recommend local cafes at which we could have a drink or a quick breakfast. We are always grateful to the staff when we stay here.

The only real downside to our stay was one of the closets. One of them had a safe, which is great. The door of the closet kept smacking into the door of the safe. We did not use the safe so the door to it was always swinging open. It also made hanging longer items in the closet cumbersome. But we used the second closet as much as we could.

The room setup was very nice. Each bed had its own little cubby with an outlet and switch for the lights above the bed. Perhaps I am just a big kid but I like things like that. The bathroom was always stocked with plenty of towels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There was noise between floors and maybe between rooms. I could not find any disappointment from this place.

I have a faith in the FOUND hotel group. I stayed at FOUND hotel in Chicago, i was impressed by the vibe then, and i decided to choose FOUND hotel again visiting in Boston. Reasonable price and good location to reach everywhere. The parking lot, partnership with the hostel, is very close to the hostel. They have an elevator. They have shower gels, shampoo and hand soap in the bathroom. The locker was provided in good size and there was a pin locker on it. There were curtains on every beds. It seems like they provide free coffee on the lobby floor in the morning. I stayed only one short night, so that would be all i could discover from the hostel.

The elevator is so loud, and if your room is right next to it, like ours was, then you will hear it running. The rooms are hilariously small. Our soap dispenser in the shower was broken, but they had bar soap they could give us.

The staff were so nice, especially the guy who works night shift. The location of the hotel is great. 15 min from the airport by car, walkable to chinatown, Boston common, etc. The bed was comfortable. I'd probably stay again if I was in the area.

I had the shared bedroom option, which comes with challenges, but that's not the hotel's fault. Storage was quite limited, just about enough if you travelled with a backpack.

Great location to be near the city centre, with restaurants, cafes and lots of touristic sights just walking distance or a short subway ride away. The bed was very comfortable, we got fresh towels every day. Staff at the reception was always very friendly and happy to help. I appreciated being able to leave my luggage on my last day before going to the airport in the evening.

    The outside noise

I really liked this hotel because of the receptionist who helped me adjust the room temperature when I felt cold and brought an extra blanket. I felt welcomed and comfortable in my cozy room. It's perfectly located. Although it was a bit noisy (outside noise) earplugs made it manageable for the price.

Great room, great staff, great location. The thing that amazed me the most is the door stop on the inside of the room. As a woman that travels solo that means so much. I'll definitely stay here again if I'll be visiting Boston.
