Although it is suuuuper close to the train station which is convenient, it's almost 25-30 minute walk to the old town, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Good thing that the bus station is also close to the hotel! Unfortunately we did find some stains in our sheets but we didn't really mind as they were minuscule and the overall experience overshadowed such a small detail.

The in-house wellness area was a really nice addition to our trip, going to the sauna and steam bath to relax :D The staff was super kind and friendly, always willing to help! You can take your breakfast in the top floor and in the evening you can have a drink at the lobby bar, which is nice since some bars close pretty early, especially on weekdays.

The bathrooms were out of soap. But the housekeeper had refilled after we asked.

Location! The hotel is just next to the Hbf. There are gym and sauna. Breakfast on the sixth floor is perfect with the Alps view.

The parking garage can be a bit tricky to locate with the construction zone- follow the road signs rather than Google maps and it is much easier.

Great location next to public transport and taxi stands made for easy exploration of the city. Rooms were very, very quiet even with construction and central location. Breakfast option (with views!) was lovely to have, especially after long day of travel.

The room was so hot and the air conditioning was poor. I asked for another room, and ended up trying three - all with the same problem, no air movement. Ended up staying In the first room as we could open the window. The staff acknowledged the problem, but I’ve seen similar issues with air conditioning in review so it seems to be a general problem. The location also wasn’t great with drunks by the front door and large groups of people in the square outside. We never had any problems with them, so don’t be intimidated, but it’s not a good look.

A fantastic breakfast, the best we had on our recent travels. Room was comfortable, with effective blackout curtains and great beds. The location in Salzburg was perfect for exploring the city, the hotel is also next to a shopping area with a big supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay, and being next to the train station helped us after a day of train travel!

Dated hotel, carpet and furniture are old. No air conditioning, quite hot inside the room unless using fan all day long. Breakfast quality is poor, and serving area is small that people just bump into each other all the time.

Right outside Salzburg Train station; very convenient. Staffs are friendly, although English communication is difficult except the front desk.

Given that it’s near the main train station though, there are a lot of people hanging out the area, which can be intimidating at first, but didn’t give any issue at all. In front of the hotel is also the taxi stand so taxi drivers hang out— but again wasn’t an issue. In fact, making it more safe as there is always a lot of people within the vicinity. Surprisingly, didn’t hear any outside noise from the room.

If you’d be arriving by train, nothing else beats the location. Across the hotel is the main tram and bus terminals and with Salzburg pass or unli day ticket, going to city center should be a breeze as well.

Room was too small for 2+1, not enough space to keep the 2 big suitcase. Also, no fridge & microwave in the room.

Location is just outside bus / tram and main railway station, close proximity to all food outlets, grocery stores so cant ask for more.

Front door makes sound any time other door opens and closes, sound of ventilation too loud, breakfast not bad, they give you a 5 euro voucher you have to spend 5 euro more to use it, that is annoying. In front of the hotel its crowded and looks like market in the middle east, I live in a developing country and i find it disturbing so i don't know how other guest would react to it.

WiFi did not wirk on the second day. But one never knows what is the problem. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

We arrived by train. It is a very short walk from the train station to the hotel. City buses and regional buses are also on shot walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was good, the shower worked well. TV was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The view from the 6th floor is very nice.

It was a bit dangerous outside of the hotel .Many drunken people , potential pickpocketing, homeless. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast very basic.
