Big apartment, large beds, 2 bathrooms(which was perfect for us -2 adults +2 teenagers ), well equipped kitchen, distance to the gondola approx. 15 minutes by car, the price was very advantageous. And last but not least, the host was very kind 😊🩷

Wonderful place! Close to the nature and to the main attractions in Ötztal. The owner is very warm and helpful. We had great stay in Längenfeld, even the weather was not perfect. Highly recommended this place!

There was no such thing, everything was perfect.

The apartment is very spacious and has a wonderful view from the balcony; fully equipped. There is also a working sauna! Also, a ski room is available for all the guests. The host is very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay for the best price. The guesthouse is situated by the river and close to the center of Langenfeld, but in a very quiet street. It is an ideal place for couples, families and small groups of friends.

My only minor observation and something for the host to consider is a microwave and a freezer. Luckily when we stopped at the shops in advance of checking in, ( it was late New Years Day and concerned shops would close) we didn't get too much frozen food as it could have been a problem as the apartment just has a fridge, no freezer. A microwave would be good but not essential as we had the oven which was of far more use to us.

We booked this apartment very last minute due to travel restrictions at the time. Great communication from the host and great accommodation and location in the village. Big spacious apartment with 2 en-suites! Superb! I would just make any potential guest aware at the apartment we stayed in is on the top floor, which I really liked as great views and no noise! . You do have to climb the stairs though!

All was great

The house itself was nice, and the apartment we stayed in was great. Had all the basics we needed to cook, and also a nice view from the balcony. The owners are lovely people, really helpful and nice. The location is great! Walking distance to the water park, and there are some restaurants in the area + a supermarket not far away.

The kitchen is a little small.

The location is great, on a quiet street but at walking distance from everything you might need. The apartment is pretty spacious for two people. The balcony is very big in terms of length and the view on the mountains is amazing. The river is quite loud but the windows and doors close very well so there is barely any noise.

Great location to explore Oetz valley for several days, good enough for small kids, clean and quiet. Owner allowed to use washing machine machine freely after several days of wet weather.

Let’s start with the reception. On arrival we walked up to a house that was locked. After walking around the house we found an open door where we were greeted by the lady that runs the house. She didn’t speak a word of English and was walking around in her robe. All the lights were switched off and it gave it that cold atmosphere. Even after I switched the lights on, it would be switched off moments later. Our room was cold and the heating didn’t really work. Due to the language barrier, she couldn’t tell us where to rent ski equipment or tell us anything about the area. There was zero customer care. We ended up cutting the stay short as the temperature was dropping and we couldn’t stay in that cold room any longer.

The rooms were clean.
