There is bathtub in the room but I can't use it as they remove the plug for the tub. If guest can request it if one wants to use that. Big key but can leave at the front desk tho.

I like the room as it's quite big for a solo traveler. The room is separated toilet, bathroom and have a little walking closet to dress up which I really like. The hotel also give 1 big water as welcome gift. The stuffs are very nice and friendly. Locals tells me that it's a safe street so walking at night isn't that scary. Plus, there is a store opposite the hotel, some restaurant around the corner and there is a wine/beer bar around there for easy night. Would stay here again if I come back.

Toilets in separated room from bathroom but without a sink for washing hands. It is a serious hygienic problem to leave the toilets without washing hands (touching the doors handles on the way to the bathroom) . There is a serving problem at breakfast, there is no place to put the lids of the food trays, and there is no place to put the plate while choosing the food. Lids of food trays should open with a hinge without lifting them and looking for a place for them. The alcohol container for hand sanitizer was empty, also the container near the reception, only the container near the elevator outside had alcohol, the woman at the reception saw that the container was empty and yet there was no alcohol even the next day. The yogurt was inedible and very watery, except for its miniature size. The pillows are too soft and unsupportive, the duvet cover is hard and makes a lot of noise with every movement during sleep.

Central location with U-bahn connection, quiet street, friendly stuff. Breakfast was OK. Expected more for the price and from a 4 star hotel in Vienna, it is more like a 3 star hotel.

The facilities lacked some basic quality of life comforts. Entrance was not obvious from the street view. Extra towel was missing, no guest slippers, no free drinkable water after the first bottle, nearly no hygiene equipment such as shower gel. The key to the room was extremely heavy so we had to leave it on the reception every time. No help on carrying the luggage. The common room in the entrance was mostly missing service. The bathroom had sticky floor when we first arrived.

The staff was really kind and polite. The room was stylishly comfortable. There was an instant coffee machine with 4 free quick coffee cartridges. There were a couple of very cute post cards with tips on how to/rules of stay all around.

No sound prove. I heard all - those on stair cases, neighbors, the ones on the upper floor. The only sounds that were not heard by me - those from neighbor buildings.

Perfect location for visiting the museum Quartier and the city centre without been in the chaos of downtown. Very close to shopping streets and lots of good restaurants

Nothing to report, as we found our stay very enjoyable.

The room was large, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Although not directly in the historic touristy city centre, it is only a short walk and it is just behind the museum quarters. Breakfast was great.

Not the 4 star hotel as advertised, more like a very good B&B. The breakfast though should be improved (the scrambled eggs were smelly and not edible).

Very helpful staff at the reception. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, yet close to the center. Excellent for exploring the city on foot.

One member of the staff was very rude. our heat didn’t work, was very cold in the room. we reported the problem, didn’t had an alternative, a mobile heater or something. after 10-15 min moved us in other room, but told us to move back in the morning. we told him that we don’t want to stay in a cold room and he told us if we are not ok with that that we can go now. he’ll give us the moeny back, just to go. i have to mention that it was 23.00 o’clock in the evening, our first night there, 0 degrees outside. wanted to talk to a manager next day, didn’t manage that. but the let us stay in the same room for the last night also. the rest of the staff was very ok. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and is very, very small.

Breakfast was ok but nothing to rave about.

A nice friendly hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Area felt safe and was close to tube station and shops. I would recommend booking restaurants as many were full. Found a great place nearby called Ulrich.
