The sound isolation of the building is not the best, you can hear people walking on the corridor.

Such a unique hotel with a sophisticated style, loved the idea of combining vintage pieces with modern elements. The location couldn't be any better, especially if you visit Vienna for a short time.

some drawers or shelves, in addition to hangers, for clothing would have been good especially as we had an extra large room. We stayed for several days and so it's good to be able to unpack a suitcase if possible.

This exceeded our expectations for a relatively cheap and unpretentious hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and with good facilities. The decor was good - a simple, non-ostentatious but stylish take on 1900s Vienna. Breakfast was very good with a choice of fruits, yoghurts, pastries and bread and unlimited coffee/tea/ juices etc.. The location was very central and worked well as a base for exploration; for example 10 mins walk from the Museum district and 5 mins from the interesting and quirky shops on Neubaustrasse.

Not many negatives to share. Only sparkling water was provided in the room (though I’m sure the hotel will provide still if requested). No hotel slippers were provided, would be a bonus if this was included.

Access to hotel, located two floors above ground. In the absence of concierge service this means you have to carry yourself your luggage upon arrival and departure over two flights of steps.

The view from the window was an adjacent hotel… not to be helped.

Decor was amazing and made you feel like you’d spent triple the price. Location is perfect for a city walk with some local bars less than a 2min walk which provide great nighttime entrainment.

Nice cozy room, comfortable bed and pillows. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony, that was really lovely. Friendly staff! Coffee machine in the room, good bathroom.

Minor issue- rooms are accessed with standard keys, so while departing you have to drop it off and then take.

Room doors are very loud, when neighbours were coming to hotel late, we literally woke up to sounds of closing doors.

Friendly, relaxed, quiet, lovely big room (deluxe double) and on quiet street just off main area. 24hr desk and really helpful team. Easy walk to all the big name shops very locally and only 15-20 into heart of old town else U-bahn station and tram stops are very close. Excellent breakfast too!

Wifi was too weak in the rooms. Shower head was in awkward position in the bathroom.

The remodel was adorable! Very cute style while keeping vintage look. Staff was delightful and the area around was very quiet. Close to good shopping and museums!

We were a bit disappointed by the breakfast proposed. Not that many choice and if you arrive after 9am, several things are not available any more.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. There is a bath and the toilet in separated. There was even a dressing room.

Might be my own mistake, but I would've sworn I was told that both the checkout and breakfast are till 12pm. Showed up 10:30 for breakfast and was told the breakfast was only till 10am. However the staff was SUPER pro-client and went out of their way to provide breakfast for me!

The location is very convenient! Premises were very clean. Staff was very friendly and eager to help beyond their responsibilities.

-No bin liners -Shower was weird, impossible not to flood the whole bathroom while using it and water gets really hot randomly -only one towel per person (to be fair, we could’ve asked for a second one, but usually you get at least one hand towel) Still a great hotel, we didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but there are a lot of cafes in very short walking distance, as well as public transport, sights and shopping opportunities
