Fitness room is sadly a joke.

Breakfast is great, staff is very friendly and helpful. Fantastic view over the city in the hotel bar. You can take the bus just outside the hotel or walk to the tram station 6-8 minutes for a ride to Vienna Center.

Not really any options close to hotel if you wanted food and drink but not a problem if you're visiting the city Rooms were a little compact with the sofa and then a child bed set up, it was workable but not as spacious

The standard room was too small. There are no windows, just static glass, i.e. no natural ventilation, no fresh air. There is no minibar in the room and there is no minibar at the reception. So, in the evening after 8 pm, if you find yourself needing water, a drink or sweets, the only thing you can do is go to a petrol station which is a 7-minute walk from the hotel. There you can find McDonald's too though.

For my needs to be somewhere between Vienna First District and Baden bei Wien the location was an advantage.

The shower was flooding quite fast.

Although there was no TV in our room, the manager from the reception offered us an executive room instead and free drinks from the mini bar of the room at no extra cost, which was much appreciated.

Very good hotel, nice view from the 12th floor, good room size, super comfortable bed, the hotel looks new and the staff is super friendly. It is not close to the center, if you don't have a car but if you have patience in front of the hotel there is a bus station and you can connect with several streetcars to get to the center.

Housekeeping did not clean unless I called reception 3 days consecutively. When they did show up eventually, the cleaning was bellow standard. Firstly there were coffee pod stains from the previous guests on the counter when we arrived, the bathroom sink wasn’t rinsed properly daily nor where the floors whipped properly for the duration of our stay, the room counters and cupboard were dusty, housekeeping was unable to speak English so I wasn’t able to explain accordingly.

The hotel had close amenities to everywhere with easy access to local transportation, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

Very nice location. Room are clean. Executive room is much smaller than expected. Very close to Tram which go to Old center, station is just 4-5 min walk from hotel. Next to hotel is small shopping center with great Pub (recomendation for eat & dring)

The hotel is relatively new, but it looks run down. It might be housekeeping issues with subcontractors. The corridors look very dirty, the time of housekeeping is random, and staff acts rather agitated even by simple requests. Reception staff was professional and, in general, helpful.

The breakfast was quite good. The bread of good quality and tasty. Hard-boiled eggs were done freshly every day and always on the sweet spot of boiling. Breakfast staff - especially Juanita - friendly and accommodating, really personal in her interactions. The view from the breakfast area was very nice.

When it’s needed and a sign “please clean my room” is hanged, staff will not clean the room. When not required, staff will try to open the room immediately after knocking the door :) . Robe and slippers were provided only after it was referred that those are mentioned in the internal TV services. Additional toiletries were provided after 3 calls and walk in to reception.

Overall ok hotel. Staff are a bit slow.

Elevator was dodgy, didn't react to my fingers. Location from central was quite far. And we didn't like bathroom door. It was slide door and if someone was in the bathroom it was like they were next to the bed. I heard everything what other did in the bathroom and it was like lack of privacy.

Breakfast was very good, but after third breakfast I wished more change, ex there were no porridge or salad/ lettuce, berries etc. Bed was soft and comfortable, room temperature was OK, nice and quiet hotel.
