I live in Wels myself and therefore I didn't expect that the hotel in the middle of the city center would exceed my expectations. The ladies at reception are very friendly and the breakfast also offers a lot of choice. The hotel room is large with its own safe, refrigerator and its own small seating area.

Brilliant room, big and super well equipped, lit in a cool funky way. Great bathroom also very well appointed. Fantastic choices at breakfast, lovely and attentive staff. Very good central location. Full 10 points.

Only 1 coffee pod and tea provided in the room and this isn’t replenished regardless of number of nights. It isn’t a cheap hotel, so the least they can do is replenish tea and coffee supplies daily. I travel frequently and stay in numerous hotels but never seen one who didn’t replenish supplies with daily room service. Just found it mean

There’s only a bit uncomfortable experience during check in. Although I’m always handy in finding my way to my room whenever receptionists aren’t trained well to give you all the info that you needed. It happened again in Hotel Ploberger. Just got my heavy bags and have my way to my room.

Very comfortable and amazing location. I would like to thank Mr.Ploberger (son) for taking to the train station so that I don’t have to wait for 25 minutes until my taxi arrives.

All the personnel we met were warm and very accommodating. Our room was very spacey for 2 adults and 2 toddlers, and breakfast was simply amazing (freshly-pressed orange juice for the win!). Short walk from the bus station, at the edge of the old town.

Book this hotel! It's just great. Perfect location right in the middle of the city, parking just outside. Awesome rooms with modern and interesting interior design. Top quality beds and room equipment. The gym is also great and spacious with a cool sauna area. The hotel lounge is really cool and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. We travelled two adults and three kids and really loved our one night stay here. The city of Wels is also really cosy and relaxing. We found a nice little italian pizza place and a very popular local ice cream parlor just near the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and wish we had more than one night here.

The booking confirmation letter stated very clearly that breakfast was included. Upon checkin, we were informed that it's not included but after checking the confirmation letter, they told us they would honour it as it was their mistake. The next day, another staff member then insisted it was not included. This really spoiled what would have been a very pleasant stay.

Charging 20 euro per day for a small non shedding dog, is ridiculous. I feel that per day is a bit much bcs the dog is cleaner than most guests. Also, a small coffee was 4.20 which is to much considering it was a capsule coffee maker.

Breakfast was splendid! Huge selection of everything. Pretty much one of the best populated buffets I have ever seen. The room itself was quite uncommon and really tastefully equipped. The staff was very kind and helpful. Parking garage entrance is very close to the hotel and there is direct access to the reception from the garage.
