Everything was great, only the room was not with a great noise isolation, but it's not so big problem.

We had a great stay in this hotel , it was beautiful, very comfortable and cozy. The place is beautiful and quit, best area to stay, no problem to reach the hotel by feet even at night and it's open 24h. The stuff is very polite and ready to help.

We booked 2 Queen Rooms and they are tiny, plus the lift is also very small. Especially when maneuvering cases!

Great staff. Zara at Reception is wonderful, cheerful and very helpful. The cocktail bar staff Julien and Sam are exceptional.

the pillow is very very soft could not sleep well, if change this will be best hotel in Vienna ,, also breakfast is pricy 27 EUR per person!

We only had very small criticisms. We're not keen on feather pillows as we don't find them as comfy. However others may love them! There is an air-conditioning unit above the door into the room. We didn't really feel the benefit of this as the cool air didn't make it to the main part of the room. But with the window open at night it was cool enough to sleep. The drinks at the hotel bar were quite expensive - be prepared for that!

We loved this hotel! As soon as we walked in we loved the decor, the friendly staff and how clean and tidy it was. The man at reception spent time with us explaining the area, what the hotel offered and which train/tram stops to use for sightseeing. The room was so clean and comfortable. The rooms aren't huge but it didn't matter as we had everything we needed. It was silent at night so we slept very well. Extremely comfy mattress! Breakfast had a good variety of food which all tasted good. There were cold foods like hams, cheeses and pastries which you could help yourself to and you could order hot food and drinks which were waiter service. We visited the bar a couple of evenings for cocktails. They asked what sort of things we liked and made something to our taste. The bar team were chatty and friendly which we liked. The location of the hotel was excellent. It is the opposite side of the City to the airport but the trains and trams are easy to use. There is a tram stop a few minutes walk from the hotel which makes sightseeing easy around the City. There is also a fab little family run restaurant across the road which we loved! We would definitely stay here again should we return to Vienna.

Only one, incredibly small lift which was a pain at checkout and check in but that’s a very minor point that didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The property was beautiful, centrally located a brief walk from museums and central Vienna. A real positive about this hotel were the staff. The gentleman on the main desk (I didn’t catch your name sorry) was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations. Julian, the bar manager, was incredible, making his own cocktail creations (which were delicious) and generally being friendly and helpful.

Location is 5min to the City Hall. The area is central but still very quiet side street. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast has many options so it's worth the 27euro you pay extra. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The temp in the room was difficult to control, got hot even at night.

The friendly staff, the breakfast, clean and comfortable room. The toiletries were fantastic.. I plan on trying to buy some when I get home.
