There is nothing not to like about the property.

Amazing location, very nice staff and service. Great restaurants around, all old town sightseeing a walk away, lovely shopping street as you step out of the hotels back door.

I didn’t like the beds, although the room was large, the twin beds were singles.

We all felt uncomfortable with the attitude of the receptionist lady. She was not obviously rude, but not friendly at all. We had to ask a few questions about the city and our stay. The way she replied was not really kind. It makes you feel like you interrupt her with your questions. We were a bit surprised that Radisson managent lets such a communication.

The room was well decorated, very large and had everything we needed. The wardrobe and the drawers had plenty of space for all our stuff. It’s located in a very central location. The breakfast is very satisfying.

We were given a lovely room on the top floor. Unfortunately the elevator did not go to that floor, so we had to walk up 17 steep stairs to get to the room. We are in our 70’s and staff should have considered that. Also the room was built into the slope of the roof, making it necessary to bend down getting in and out of bed. Again difficult for older people and anyone over 5 foot 5 inches. I am over six feet tall. Again something the staff should have considered in assigning the room.

Location and cleanliness. We had a very small issue with the minibar but they resolved it promptly. They also gave us voucher to use at their bar to apologize.

Location was superb..could not have been better. Staff was always friendly and helpful, Walk out the door and you walk into history. Will say that the air conditioner system worked GREAT. It was very warm during our visit. Room was large and well proportioned. Special thanks go to Porter Djamel Merad who was always helpful, went out of his way to provide excellent service and Always ds it with a smile

Everything was great.

Fantastic hotel in the old town. We loved being able to walk out the door to beautiful cafes, restaurants and historic buildings. Lovely view of the river from one of our rooms. Service was fantastic and the rooms were very nice.

The safe in our room wasn’t working and the problem couldn’t be solved in the 4 days that we stayed there.

We initially had a room overlooking the river. It was a beautiful view but very noisy at night. If you’re not a night owl request a quiet room away from the river where there are bars and a club. The staff were very helpful in finding us a quieter room.

The ventilation in the bathroom. Very noisy but inefficient and you could not turn it off yourself. Luckily it was turn off automatically during the night.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent choice of everything you could want. In the very heart of old town. A/C was individuelly handled which was very good. You could change the temperature and turn it off or on as it pleased you. Super nice staff at reception desk.

Hotel restaurant (incl. room service) stopped at 20:30, which is too early for an international hotel like this. A lot of stairs (at least our room), so not really recommended for wheelchairs and strollers. Parking is 400m away from hotel

Park is the downside. You have to park a distance from the hotel. 5-7 minute walk

Property was in a great location, right in the heart of all of the shops. The staff is excellent and the breakfast is great.
