Communication was pretty poor, not giving out important information regarding meals from reception staff. TV was rubbish. The App which was constantly promoted to me was very out of date.

Room was excellent and very clean. Staff were helpful occasionally.

Location was absolute the premium it had to offer. The interior design was very nice. The bar and restaurant were terrific additions. The staff was very helpful in the hotel and as local guides. I look forward to returning!!

Superb location with great sauna and beautiful golden pool. All the staffs were extremely lovely and attentive. We got a room with Mountain View, it’s astonishingly beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay here 😍

The location of the hotel was perfect, especially during Christmas time. The hotel was within walking distance to all the major attractions in Innsbruck. The breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help.

There’s nothing I didn’t really dislike. It’s good to know that if you arrive late, you may miss the kitchen so plan accordingly! I checked around and a few restaurants were still open until midnight or so.

Friendly staff. Khalid checked me in (I hope I spelled his name right). He was fast, efficient, and friendly! I only stayed a night but I wish I could have stayed longer. Upon checking in, I was informed I got a recently remodeled room. It’s fun. Soft boucle chairs. Ski lift motifs on the ceiling of the bathroom. Fuzzy robes. I’ll have to come back!

I always enjoy staying here, the facilities are top notch, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the sauna area is beyond compare with views of the mountains as you stand out in the cold between sauna options. Really a great place.

parking was a little tricky to find, we ended up parking across the street in the public car park, which was very handy & conveniant, but roadworks taking place during our stay added a little hassle to navigating the streets and finding carpark entrances etc. I don't think there's anything the hotel can do about public roadworks, but was a small inconvenience for us (the hotel did sort out the parking, believe we paid a reduced rate for the public carpark, paying in the hotel instead of at the carpark machines)

We'd booked a standard double room, we got upgraded for free when we arrived (not too sure why, but happy days). Our room was wonderful; nice and spacious, and a beautiful surprise when we turned off the lights and had a starlit roof above us! Small glow in the dark start were attached to the roof and came out when the lights went off. Truly made it a wonderful stay. We'd booked massages in the hotel too, nice good massages, and took place in the rooftop spa, which was itself another wonderful surprise, we'd booked and saw it had a spa and pool, but hadn't expected a lot given it's central location. Fantastic surprise, lovely spa there and very well kept. Swimming pool was also nice, I took advantage of the 24hr, and had a nice private swim at approx 3.30/4am (travel lag sucks, but a private pool makes it much more bearable! :D ). Overall this was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip (5 nights in different hotels in Germany/Austria)

The parking was a bit tricky and we parked in the wrong lot but it worked out fine. Not a huge issue at all. There wasn't a great spot for loading and unloading luggage but it worked out fine.

We ate dinner in the restaurant the first night of our trip. This was the best meal of our 8 day vacation. The food was excellent! Highly recommend dining at the hotel! The breakfast was excellent too. The location was perfect for enjoying the Christmas markets as well.
