Small things like slippers, shampoos, liquid soap are missing in the room. You can't ask for an additional offer at breakfast, as they offer, for example fried eggs, baked bacon.

Great location. Close to the U-bahn, the Schonbrunn residence can be reached on foot. Good breakfasts, room spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Helpful staff.

Be careful with their guarantee transactions! Do not really understand what it is needed for while I requested to pay in cash during the check-in. They agreed and requested to come later and meanwhile, charged my card 200 euro. Moreover, during the check-out I had to pay the whole amount for stay in regardless of this guarantee withdrawn from my account! The problem is that this payout has not been reversed for almost a week. Very unpleasant experience! Please watch your payment method prior to the check-in! Unfortunately, there is a sophisticated and complicated system since I am still waiting for my money back!

The hotel as well as its room was indeed clean and tidy, quite comfortable to stay for a couple of days. The best advantage is its location, very convenient to commute to the downtown and pretty fast.

Room was functional, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and while the location is not in a fancy neighborhood, it was very easy to visit attractions using tram, metro or bus, which are just steps from the hotel. Close to several supermarkets and good turkish restaurants.

The noise isolation is just not good, got a lot of noise from the cars in the street and from the next room. The price was high for the offer.

The room was clean and pleasant. The location is okay because there is UBahn near by. The stuff was nice. There is a safe box.

The food and the restaurant were very poor. Also they literally copied my credit card details, including cvv to pay the parking and as a guarantee invoking the fact that Booking.com don't share the credit card details with them in case of some unhappy events

Breakfast was nothing special, especially coffee was disappointing. Fruit/veggie slice bowls were empty. Always crowded.

Location was good, near to the U -Bahn Station, but e.g. Schönbrunn you could reached by feet. Our room was on the ground floor, very quiet. We got extra pillows by request.

We paid 15 euro per day for parking, although on the site parking was said to be free.

The room was clean, breakfast was ok, but it served the same every morning. The main advantage was the proximity to the subway.

There should be some kind of minifridge or minibar to keep drinks and snacks. We had to open the big window and keep our drinks on the outside windowsill to keep them cold. Another thing was the safe deposit box which didn't quite work in the room. Sometimes it accepted the code we set and sometimes there was endless amount of error messages which was strange.

Good location with public transport available near by. Breakfast was good and it was nice way to start the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and clean. Would visit again!
